A membership clubhouse that offers great Italian food. Their baked tagliolini is my favorite. It’s so cheesy that it’s still good even when it goes cold. This pasta trio plate may not look good but they are sure yummy.

Every time I go to cipriani, I tell myself to try something else on the menu. But every time I can not resist and end up ordering, yet again, the baked tagliolini with ham and cheese. Tagliolini is a type of ribbon pasta, thinner than spaghetti. They make it quite shallow, so the tagliolini is evenly coated in crispy melted cheese. Pasta dishes are not supposed to be the main course, but it has to be for me, especially after all kinds of the yummy bread in the bread basket. My all time favorite

They really have most things here... cold appetizers including popular choices such as prosciutto, cocktail shrimp, cold vegetables... they have soup, pizza, lots of carb options including pasta, risotto, etc. you can get lamb, steak, fish (this was really good, cod I believe).

The dessert section is really nice too, but a little creamy for my taste.

The only downside to this place is that there isn’t much of a view. Otherwise it’s perfectly fine, though pricy.

個人感覺這餐廳最大最大的賣點就是在中環 Bank of China 舊總部, 地點方便 , 但人非常擠迫,感覺在現在這個疫情時期, 有點不太安全。 食物味道就 普普通通,可惜價錢亦不太便宜。 個人覺得性價比好低,但觀乎餐廳不愁生意,所以從商業角度來說,這也沒有問題的。

Nevertheless, the food here are pretty good. The scampi tempura was excellent, the octopus and avocado salad was pretty good and the baked pasta was very good. Overall speaking the whole environment plus the food quality are of high standard in Hong Kong. It really is a pity that it's not available to the general public.

Whoever has access here should really come here more often to enjoy the food here.

在香港吃意大利菜的地方不多,一般也是Causal Dinning,要吃精緻的,非這裡莫屬.RoastedLoinofLambwith Foie Gras and Natural Lamb Sauce –羊肉味濃, 不會過火,而且內裡的肉還是粉紅色的, 加上恰如其分的Foie Gras, 配濃味配濃味,誰也搶不了誰的鏡!Risotto with Saffron, Reduced Amaroneand Cripsy Sage -雖然我不是飯人, 都吃了2大口, 米是正宗的意大利米,口感也是Al dente,水準非常高!!

情人節與太太及另2對朋友相約於舊中銀12樓 Cipriani 晚膳,地方有古老西方餐廳感覺, 顧客多是較西化的,雖然靠近我的一枱是8位說普通話的青年人,其它都比較成熟的,有部份更是城中名人.餐具比較普通,待應生並不能與星級餐廳質數比較,有點像中式西餐廳的,普通但是差的.食物有: (見相片)龍蝦 湯魚, 或 羊心太軟咖啡等上菜時幾位待應全枱一同上,難得是食物温度夠,食物及烹調方式不花巧,但食物的味度,食物温度等的配合會使你感到滿意,而且環境 (當然包括各顧客) 使你感覺很暢適,十分適合與情人或知已相聚的好地方.飯後我們一伙人再上13樓中國會內圖書室旁的露台,一面抽雪咖,一面大話西遊,一面看中環金鐘的夜境,大家高高興興的嚮受了一晚2012年的情人節.
