之前有一日去尖沙咀行街,想食少少中菜,行吓行吓見到呢間餐廳,有好多明星合照,價錢又OK,所以就入去試試,要上一層樓,沿樓梯看到很多餐廳的報導,還有明星捧場的照片。點左一個日本秘製黑蒜醬鮮露荀紅皮炒飯,造型像一個金字塔,份量都很多,很香的黑蒜味,蘆筍很有口感,味道很新鮮少見的炒飯。之後叫了一個金磚豆腐,外脆內滑,炸得非常好,豆腐面放了一些很脆的蒜,味道很夾,很香很好吃,豆腐很滑,我吃不停口。最令我們期待的是這碗遠年陳皮紅豆沙,用30年新會陳皮製成,每一匙羹都吃到陳皮絲,紅豆沙配陳皮香,非常濃香,甜度適中,價錢又合理!抵! continue reading
