先用鵝肝製成慕絲,冷藏約6小時後,沾上比利時朱古力醬成為棒棒糖。鵝肝十分香滑,帶少許鴨羶,與朱古力都是入口即溶,一鹹一甜,卻渾然天成。

之後是三款主菜,都是無限添吃的。我最欣賞的是乳豬飯,乳豬肉很嫰,皮薄且脆,脂肪薄,包著飯、洋蔥、蠶豆等,是餐廳的招牌菜;海鮮飯都是這裡的signature dish,用蝦湯、 蠶豆、蝦肉、魷魚等煮成,鮮味無窮。

今日第一次去呢間餐廳,下午五點,當食埋晚餐,環境舒服好坐,我最估唔到呢間店是非常美味,兩個人點了好多野食點了一個前菜黑豚豬粒沙律呢一個我地俾得好高味,超好味(可惜忘記影相)然之後點左一個龍蝦意粉,勁正,超多煆膏炒意粉,返到屋企都勁回味,仲有香煎鱸魚味道ok,白酒托蜆超大隻可惜我覺得都幾咸本人就不太鍾意食,甜品心太軟味道一般朱古力味道太苦但係雪糕好味旁邊嘅藍妹士多啤梨都好好食,地方就腳一定會常常再去

今晚的朋友都是吃得之人,兩個薄餅還想點多件再吃,可見薄餅幾精彩,Truffle & Mushroom Pizza 的黑松露和野菌各自為政,為薄餅添上了一番風味,遲來先上岸,反而是我最愛的薄餅。
