早前經過CWB時代廣場食通天11樓見到新開一間1601聽聞係澳門好出名的一間葡國葡同集團過江黎香港開的西餐廳氣氛型格得黎又帶有復古風格餐廳環境很大很闊掛滿香港四圍的風景照片嘩~這一個真的超好吃的蟹肉黑魚子火箭菜沙律鮮甜蟹肉加上濃濃密密的黑魚子再配上苦味的火箭菜滿足我的味蕾個人喜好,對牛脷情有獨鍾所到之處都要嘗試當店的牛脷慢煮牛脷和其他一樣前西餐廳一樣都是超厚身的牛脷可惜味道卻沒想像中那麼好吃咬下去並沒有滿滿的肉感好像吃到空氣感的牛脷與以住吃的不一樣最後就是這道古法油封法國鵝脾微脆的口感帶出另一種風味脂肪雖恰到好處但肉量份量上偏少幾口就已經清掉這隻鵝脾了

可惜味道卻沒想像中那麼好吃

手製批底不會烤得太燶焦,帶點韌勁咬口,捧在手上沒有一下子軟塌下來
松露醬與菇菌一向是最佳拍檔,點出幽香又保有水分,食時不怕乾涸
一同附上的應是芝士粉,反正我就沒有再多添味道,讓菇菌香氣專美並非壞事
話說回來,餐牌上的四色芝士及北京烤鴨薄餅也十分吸引,有緣日後再會

以海膽入饌近年成為不少餐廳的看門套路,畢竟一口甘甜鮮味可將煩惱一掃而去

就算是意大利飯也不乏海鮮之選,波士頓龍蝦、藍龍蝦、海膽等均在列上
鑑於剛才已嚐海膽,而自己在今年秋冬已過足龍蝦癮,選虎蝦帶子似乎最合宜
虎蝦已挑腸,保留爽彈微甜;帶子有點厚度,中心帶嫩,不會煮得過份熟韌
飯粒分明亦富嚼勁,調味香潤不會過鹹,伴上湯汁依然沒有稠杰漿口的感覺

這兒另一樣更吸引人的,是集合了16款來自不同國家產地的 Around the World Oyster Platter。這蠔迷絕對不能錯過的「環遊世界生蠔拼盤」,價錢只是 $748,平均每隻只為 $48,客人只需以這價錢,便可吃到來自法國、愛爾蘭、南非、美國等地的新鮮即開生蠔,當中更包括名貴的法國 Gillardeau No.0生蠔 ,肯定能讓蠔迷吃得心花怒放。這拼盤我與友人們一起分嚐,吃了其中三款,包括 American PearlCoCollusMermaid,三款生蠔都十分新鮮爽脆,三者之中, 最讓我吃得高興的首推又大隻又鮮甜的 American Pearl,現在想起都仍然回味呢!

新鮮即開生蠔固然吸引,別出心裁的雞尾酒同樣是這兒的賣點。酒吧內身手不凡,時不時表演花式調酒的調酒師為這兒調配了多款名字和賣相都甚為特別的雞尾酒,好像 Mafia 黑手黨Medusa 梅杜莎,都與別不同,得到部分友人捧場。

我喝的一杯 Mocktail則名為 Raven 渡鴉。之所以會叫它,全因為一位早到的友人早已點了它,還把這以玻璃小鳥造型的盛器裝載著的雞尾酒放在桌上。這呈葡萄色調的 Mocktail的成份主要有black berries puree, vioet syrup, lemon juice, Earl Grey teacharcoal powder等,味道與葡萄汁相近,十分容易入喉,對我來說甚為適合。

上文提到為品嚐某一種酒,特意找尋具質素的餐廳。對了,我指的某一種酒正是變化多端的雞尾酒。雞尾酒以不同類形的酒、果汁、香草和糖漿等混合而成,因此複雜性極高、效果差異也大,所以雞尾酒美味與否,得靠 Bartender 的專業了。坦白說,已好一段時間沒喝到水準平均的雞尾酒,也許是沒碰上好的 Bartender 吧!

「Club Albergue 」的雞尾酒擁有自家特色及風格,先來一杯 Pizza Topping。 Pizza Topping 由蕃茄汁、羅勒、黑胡椒糖漿、檸檬汁和忌廉芝士泡沫調製,本以為離不開 Bloody Mary 的影子,可是它給我煥然一新的感受!蕃茄味甜中滲小酸,伴著芝士柔滑的泡沫而下,質感流暢,香氣徐徐而至,原來 Pizza Topping 味的雞尾酒絕不突兀,反覺自然、清新而不膩滯,我選對了一杯開胃的餐前雞尾酒!

為了要迎接即將端來的邪惡,特意點了 Medusa。首先 Medusa 以動感的石頭杯示人,旁邊放上 Rosemary 和玉桂作裝飾,光是外形已充滿新鮮感。而內涵則由蘇格蘭威士忌、Drumbuie 、檸檬汁、蜜糖和玉桂調較!威士忌比重沒相像那樣濃烈,反而以輕酸和蜜糖作平衡,帶出輕鬆寫意的韻調,Medusa 真的不錯 !

I had a drink then the oyster platter arrives, it was called around the world oyster platter...... okay, it has a total of 16 oysters, from different origin included france, japan, spain, usa and south africa, they are fresh and i would say it was quite a good deal, apparently less than 50 per pcs, in times square, then it must be good.

For the main course we had a pizza, i do not remember it taste, so i rather not to write about it, no photos too. 

The pork knuckle came in a very generous portion , with super crispy skin that made me feel like i was eating crisps! the meat was good but some of the pieces could taste a little rough.

I had a rosa cappuccino, with pineapple as the base, with passionfruit and strawberry, it gave a very refreshing taste yet it is pretty sour , but i liked it since i just had some pork knuckle meat.

We had a dessert platter, with earl grey panna cotta, tiramisu, cheese cake and mille feuille, didnt remember much about mille feuille, the earl grey panna cotta was great since it was smooth but not too sweet, the tiramisu was light and silky too, so overall it was good.

One thing i liked about this place is the rooftop area, should be a good place for cigar, didnt manage to check it out yet so would try to go there again for drinks so i can do my cigar and pipe.

有朋友完全不飲酒,只好揀沒有酒精的 Mocktail,只有兩款選擇,意想不到,外型同樣吸引,心形的杯子非常型格,飲品顏色深紅,可惜朋友告之味道只是一般,茶的成份溝淡了黑梅子的香甜,她覺得不倫不類。

Once I walked into the restaurant, it felt glamorous & posh due to the luxurious style and design of the restaurant haha 😂 We were given a table near the bar and you could see many fresh oysters displayed at a iced rack & different types of wine.

A few starters were ordered before my arrival due to hunger (grilled scallops & truffle spring rolls) 😂 but here’s the rest of what we’ve ordered:

The food was excellent and the appearance really gives you bon appetite!! 🍻🍕🥘 You could taste the food were freshly prepared and cooked. The dessert combo was my favourite and it was highly recommended by the waiter for sharing. The earl grey flavoured panna cotta was the best, it wasn’t too sweet and that you could really taste the tea flavour. The service was great too, waiters & waitresses were polite and friendly.

Would love to come here again after work in the future! 👍🏻
