彩椒炒北寄貝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️彩椒爽甜有鑊氣,北寄貝切絲紅白相間外觀極似蝦乾,就連味道都有幾分相似。過熟的北寄貝嚥嚥韌韌,幸好肉位仍有微微爽彈感覺而有鮮甜味。

翡翠發財大利好巿:蠔汁炆髮菜豬脷蠔豉扒翡翠苗⭐️⭐️⭐️翡翠苗非常掛汁,本身的怪怪淡淡草青味絕大部份都被濃濃芡汁所蓋過,顯得更加爽甜!搭著軟塾豬脷、甘甜蠔豉或髪菜都同樣一流,夾得天衣無縫!

炸百花蟹球⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️唔係雪藏外購貨,自家手工有誠意!每次宴會都係我的重點菜色,新鮮炸起滾熱辣,薄薄麵包糠十分金黃香脆!彈力十足乒乓波,蟹肉蝦膠混為一體鮮氣迫人,咬開肉汗立立令香噴噴!食幾粒都唔夠喉!原味極可口,沾上浙醋更精神!

海皇紅燒翅⭐️⭐️⭐️冷知識原來浙醋不是跟翅撈黎食,係食完翅用黎呷,清清味蕾的呢!不過各施各法,喜歡點食就點食,最緊要適合自己。老雞湯底黏稠味濃,混著微量海鮮碎及翅絲,熱熱飲落不腥舒服可以的。

要求嬸嬸倒10碗便夠,我地依圍只得10位,無意中令到嬸嬸被經理鬧了!實在萬二分抱歉。經理稱就算得半圍人都要倒足12碗,我覺得超無謂囉!可能要比食客及主人家知道份量係足12碗掛。

大紅乳豬全體配蝴蝶包⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️蝴蝶包香甜軟塾,但放到上枱已剩下少少餘溫,真係熱辣辣出住煙才最美麗!如果用蒸籠蓋著熱騰騰出場就更美妙。乳豬好健康無多餘肥膏,肉嫩清甜脆卜卜,忍唔住搶了四五件獨食自娛。我最愛的豬腳只得後兩隻?而且豬髀四隻消失掉?被廚師沒收了嗎?

落足10日雨,今日起身終於見有小小陰天,即刻搭車出去飲茶再行行街先。專登搭車到尖東,飲完茶可以沿住海旁散步,再次到附近商場行逛。酒樓雖然樓底不算太高,但座位闊落,空間感比其他區大,感覺比較舒服。梅頭叉燒腸粉腸粉皮薄滑溜,米香味突出,配上梅頭叉燒軟嫩香濃,沾上甜豉油已經非常滿足。筍尖蝦餃皇蝦餃皇份量十足,每隻都有2-3隻大蝦,筍𢇁爽脆清甜,味道鮮美。百花釀魚肚已經很少地方可以吃到,魚肚釀上蝦膠一齊蒸,蝦肉鮮味完全滲透入魚肚內,口感軟綿,吸收了大量湯汁,味道更加鮮美,而蝦膠爽彈可口,加上魚籽更能帶出鮮味。鮮蝦彩蔬餃彩蔬餃內裏包住不同的蔬菜,入口有不同味道與口感,還有鮮蝦等鮮甜食材,隻隻飽滿又爆饀。蘿蔔絲酥餅顏色金黃,香氣十足,咬一口 ,軟軟的,絲絲縷縷的蘿蔔絲分明可見,一卷卷的紋理,口感會更酥脆。脆皮燒腩仔燒腩仔外皮鬆脆,食落脆卜卜,肉肥瘦相間,香嫩有嚼勁,味道剛剛好,不過鹹。豉汁鳳爪每次到酒樓飲茶,豉汁蒸鳳爪是必叫的點心,醬汁香濃惹味,鳳爪軟嫩可口。輕輕一咬已經骨肉分離。

今日同老細喺尖沙咀做完嘢就同佢嚟到呢間會所1號 維港皇宴度食午餐啦餐廳地方好大裝修都夠晒新淨 兩個人安排咗坐張四人枱非常夠舒服 叉燒鱔 非常特別嘅一道菜式,用咗叉燒嘅做法同埋醬汁用落新鮮白鱔度 外皮香脆 肉質彈牙火候控制得啱啱好 加咗蜜汁去燒甜甜地夠晒鮮甜 肉質彈牙一啲腥同泥味都冇 好食黑椒燒鵝 皮脆肉嫩係基本要求 脂肪唔多 同時有鵝肉嘅香氣 再加埋淡淡嘅黑椒味非常惹味 而且一啲都唔油膩花膠灌湯餃石鍋蒜片牛仔柳 原鍋石鍋上枱 風味十足牛仔柳生熟到剛剛好 唔會好韌而且牛肉味濃郁 用嚟送飯一流
