Cobo House噶環境都幾好,好優雅,好有格調,簡直系影相噶好地方。服務態度都幾好,服務員都好nice,環境就幾好啦,但系我就覺得食物方面就落差好大,有滴失望,下午茶噶小食同出面個滴真系一滴分別都無,有滴可能仲難食過出面個滴,就拿那個炸雞塊來說吧,粉超多,舊肉超級細塊,吾系好中意。

Handmade burger is just too good, the purple potato fries is exclusive. 紫薯薯條😍🍠🍔出香港大學站,B2出口,再經南里行幾步路,就會發現呢間位於新豪宅下高級餐廳,門面光白的西式設計,2-3米高大門,餐廳樓底高,看上去窄身的長條型也有足夠空間,裝修到高級西菜的格局,牆壁、枱櫈同餐具都遊走同一風格,有室內同室外,隨時呆坐,隨時叫菜。今次叫咗份手工和牛漢堡,手工製作需要,時間換來品質,味感沒有失望,但拌菜係炸紫薯薯條,不太常見吧,可以一試。🤩🤩🤩

之前行街個陣有路過見到裡面環境非常好,就霖住得閒個陣同朋友一齊過來感受下裡面高雅優美的環境,最好book定位,就唔怕要坐bar位了。我點咗個open bread,感覺上好有創意,味道可以接受而且係好味,食完之後叫咗甜品爆穀山,好睇又好食,加上服務態度非常好,值得再來啊。

套餐裡的最後一道甜品Taiwanese Rice Sherbet和另點的甜品都一同上枱了。Taiwanese Rice Sherbet非常非常出色,芋圓圍著的雪酪的口感非常棒,質感像是布丁與雪糕之間,奶味豐富,加上些許旁邊的脆脆,味道與口感都令小編很難忘,非常希望餐廳能把這個甜品加入到平常的菜單裡!

而另一個甜品就是Soybean Tiramisu($198),圖中有支食用金箔讓你任意的加到甜品裡,很奢華,而且這個甜品要用一壺來形容,因為份量真的很多。這個甜品也是要讚揚一下,裡面的cream cheese非常軟滑,甜而不膩,加上韓國的rice cake就多了一重口感,也是推薦之一!

整體而言,是挺不錯的一間餐廳,特別是甜品是很出色;其次是cocktails都沖調得不錯,不過還是希望可以多多些少;而熟食方面略為不過不失;服務方面都算不錯,只是有一位店員較為目無表情而已;座位都算是舒適,對個人而言的話覺得枱有點比較高或者是卡位的座位有點低,要墊著抱枕坐才是平常的用餐高度;餐廳設計簡潔唯美,外面有露天座位,下次有機會會想試著坐外面。最後結賬是$1300多,每人$650左右。
舒適的環境!甜品出色!

3號颱風下,外面下著很大的雨,但因為不想待在家裡,所以出去走走。經過門口,覺得裡面佈置的很優雅,所以就進去吃一點點東西。點了1份海鮮沙拉,1瓶礦泉水。海鮮沙拉有魷魚,章魚,蝦子,芒果,鱷梨等等,海鮮挺新鮮,配上有一點點酸的醬汁一起吃,很不錯。礦泉水味道上跟白開水有分別,感覺有一點甜甜的。其實餐廳也有提供白開水,不一定要點礦泉水。

今晚參加了這間餐廳搞的活動,餐廳好近香港大學站B2出口品嘗了好幾道年青韓籍大廚把韓菜融入西餐的菜式,好特別好味賣相還很好看:廚師介紹菜式啟發自grandma頭盤帶子沙律之後有入口即溶的肥豬肉和kimchi豆角辣得黎好野味主菜好似係叫肉眼扒,肉底墊了紫菜味的韓奄莱和左上類似蕃薯的伴薯藍芝士,芭洛果? 餅乾甜品係我最喜歡的朱古力酒香雪糕雪酪,為今晚畫上完滿。而且每道菜配一款酒,所以第一次一連試了五款來自八千年前就開始 全球最老釀酒地:喬治亞!仲學到好多品酒知識.有專業講師分享喬治亞文化和知識。

你知不知道 Cobo House係由連續兩年榮獲「亞洲最佳甜點師」Janice Wong主理,所以黎到呢度一定要叫甜品! Signature Pop Mountain ($188) 🌽 ,用上自家製粟米雪糕配上爆谷砌成的爆谷山 ,上桌後灑上喜馬拉雅粉紅鹽。食落有香濃粟米味﹐味道甜而不膩帶點鹹味。而家去美心買個普通蛋糕都唔只呢個價,雪糕蛋糕就更加貴,所以呢個栗米爆谷雪糕山都真係幾抵食 !

位於西環,香港大學站B2出口行1分鐘,就見到呢間設計高雅優美嘅餐廳。一個lunch set要三百幾蚊,所以我只叫了一個impossible burger。是一間很有執着的餐廳,burger嘅麵包係自家做,食材高檔。以白色主調為主,寧靜舒服。

小餐廳隐藏在一條內街叫 南里。出地鐵站B2exit 要轉頭往後面走才找到此內街。小餐廳並不多枱,高樓底又佈置高雅,大張畫掛在牆上,很舒適。有心去光顧必須先訂枱。食物選擇不多,但俱特色,質素非常高,有驚喜。價格類近中環餐廳。有不少特色飲品。我第一次幫襯叫了 open bread, 材料配搭有創意!食完飯想飲一杯奶茶,普通茶反而沒提供。於是要了一杯咖啡,咖啡是中高水準。服務員很有禮貌和專業。中午和晚餐的菜牌是一樣的。值得一試再試的餐廳
