秋冬天氣好乾燥呀,好想吃啲滋潤又熱辣辣野補一補。於是朋友好神秘甘話今晚呢餐可以滿足我兩個願望。來到四季文昌食「一鍋二食」,首先送上三文魚刺身同沙薑豬手食住等,侍應好熟手將半隻新鮮文昌雞連同椰汁一齊放入鍋度慢火煮7分鐘。一開蓋,椰香即飄入鼻,雞係中國八大名雞—文昌雞,雞味濃,肉質幼嫩,點上秘制豉油加金桔以及沙薑,吊出雞鮮,而且開胃,湯底鮮甜中帶有淡淡椰汁味,忍唔住飲左一大碗,好滋補養生。食完雞,我地揀左昆布鰹魚湯,點左山形牛,安格斯牛小排同牛肩肉。首先試左安格斯,牛味相對比較濃,肉香撲鼻,肉質都幾細嫩,算高水準。牛肩肉屬於比較酥,而且脂肪比例較多同唔太平均,但肉質都冇渣嫩滑。最後山形牛,實在太無得頂,呈霜降狀態既油脂完美分佈,牛味比較淡,入口即溶,口中滲出油香,肉質有嚼勁而又鬆軟,口感複雜。食完牛當然唔可以放過個湯底,打邊爐叫丸是常識吧,手打丸都幾有嚼頭同彈牙。雜菇同雜菜以及烏冬吸收左雞牛精華,異常甜美,而且飽肚。

因為我地加左錢轉另一種湯底,加$158就可以享受埋「雪濃牛骨湯拼牛肉拼盤!店員原來有一直留意我地食完雞未架,差唔多食完時就拎左個牛骨湯幫我地倒入鍋中,牛骨湯個味道好香濃,好似食韓國野時𠴱個牛尾湯咁,同一個味道!牛骨湯是奶白色,無油的!之後就試下d牛肉,一共有三款牛肉,安格斯牛小排是最普通的一款,切得很薄片,食落真的有安格斯的味道,牛肉有少許靭。黑毛牛肩胛肉同牛舌就係中等,牛肩胛係靠近筋眼位既部份,味道同質感都似牛扒,但我覺得肉質比較有彈性,可以彈彌補小牛排既不足,隨碟附上牛舌,一般牛舌都比較厚,食落去都感覺飽滿,呢個牛舌好薄,完全可以將椰子湯吸收!最後就係最高質既A5山形和牛肉眼,識食牛當然係食肉眼!A5不枉是A5,肉質細滑,入口即融,殘留牛肉的牛香味,而且咀嚼時會feel到比較多汁,食起來會比較滿足同豐富!

特別要提就係「海南沙薑脆豬手」,豬手應該軟林林架嘛,但呢個豬手係卜卜脆,先係層皮,好香同入味既沙薑,食起時好爽脆,到豬手肉,膏少肉多,而且都算林,少少時間已經可以「骨肉分離」,一d都唔費功夫!最後最後,我地叫左兩個椰青,椰青既logo同飲管都好特別,椰青我地見住師傅新鮮開,味道清甜,連椰子肉都甜過人!
