工作左一個星期,難得等到星期五,當然同屋企happy Friday night 一下喇。訂左檯七點,十分準時入到去,今次亦有卡位坐,空間感十足。地點十分方便,就係美麗華隔離。由於呢度真係有好多唔同種野食揀,所以手快快就揀左一個四人份竹笙椰子雞套餐 $688。店員亦好樂意解釋套餐裡面既唔同餸菜。順帶一提,裡面有部中型電視,一路都播住英文/韓國流行曲既mv,但不論食物、或是裝修都係好中式既,成個combination有啲搞笑。話咁快就黎左個椰子雞湯喇,職員幫我地放曬啲雞落去個煲度,滖起煲熟就食得。如果驚唔識就時間既話,每張檯都放有一個漏斗,倒轉個漏斗落晒啲沙咁就岩岩好食得㗎喇!(漏呀漏呀)滾了!一打開煲蓋就聞到濃濃既耶香味 雞件都算嫩,椰子變軟身。綜合椰子,雞,同個湯黎講,個湯絕對係最出色呀!如果一滾就飲湯既話就會飲到好大陣椰子味,雞味就比較弱。我地四個人一致認為比佢滾多5-10分鐘雞味會比較出。同行四人都覺得個湯好入味,真係清晒個湯咁濟先捨得加水開始打邊爐呀!海南珍珠元貝, 煮完真係大縮水啊,不過佢既元貝係痴住個殼既,唔係呃人既重用殼羽衣甘藍,老實講真係第一次接觸呢個菜,個名起得幾好聽。

滾了!一打開煲蓋就聞到濃濃既耶香味
 雞件都算嫩,椰子變軟身。綜合椰子,雞,同個湯黎講,個湯絕對係最出色呀!

如果一滾就飲湯既話就會飲到好大陣椰子味,雞味就比較弱。我地四個人一致認為比佢滾多5-10分鐘雞味會比較出。

同行四人都覺得個湯好入味,真係清晒個湯咁濟先捨得加水開始打邊爐呀!

上晒打邊爐既餸之後,跟餐既芋頭臘味煲仔飯已經以光速送到我地檯上,我認為飯可以等我地打完邊爐先上會比較好。

但煲仔飯size唔講得笑啊!每人差唔多可以食到一碗半!呢個餐一定食飽四個成年人,接近$200 一個人埋單唔算貴。

唔係個安排係咪真係咁,食完打邊爐我地先醒起仲有個刺身未上,追問之下店員話刺身係要等耐少少。。。

但係我地打邊爐已經over 一小時呢,呢個刺身可以當甜品了。(事後睇返其他post,人地都係打邊爐前就食左,呢樣野需要改進呢)

火鍋種類多的是,有多種湯底的,有傳統的,有蒸氣的,有韓式的部隊鍋,也有日式的涮涮鍋,不過真正的「火」鍋我也是第一次吃。最近朋友留意到四季文昌 推出了熊熊大火的火焰海鮮鍋,好像表演一樣,覺得蠻有趣的,所以走來試試看。海鮮鍋擺滿蝦、青口、蜆肉與蟹,如盆菜般整齊擺放,海鮮底下還墊滿紅椒、洋蔥、蕃茄等菜蔬,既可均衡飲食,也能為整個火鍋提味。首先要把海鮮鍋加熱,然後把它炒香,之後將冧酒倒入鍋中點火,此時烈焰燒過海鮮,再加入龍蝦湯於鍋中,海鮮味道慢慢地融入逐漸升溫的龍蝦湯之中。然後看著沙漏,當沙全都倒完,便可以起筷~海鮮鍋慢慢發出咕嚕咕嚕的聲音,蝦,青口,蜆肉和蟹的香味越來越濃,滿滿得天獨厚的海鮮精華留待一會火鍋之用。吃得最過癮莫過於新鮮的蝦,沒有縮水的困擾,鮮甜彈牙,每口都讓人滿足。鮮甜飽滿的蟹肉,扎扎實實的全都被我們吃光,蟹肉的爽度完全不用沾豉油就非常好吃,爽得幸福。青口與蜆味道清爽溫和,只有其原汁原味的鮮美,軟嫩中有彈勁。新鮮白鱔片新鮮度沒話可說,魚肉嫩而沒有腥味,經龍蝦湯涮煮更是鮮甜可口,更顯風味。Jade Lady與Rainbow顏色很漂亮,藍色的海洋,甜甜香香好入口,口味清爽,最適合吃

安格斯牛小排油花分佈非常漂亮,肉大片,厚度也夠,涮來相當過癮不會碎散開來。好的牛肉千萬不要涮到全熟,粉紅絕對是最棒的色澤,吸索龍蝦湯的牛小排,口口都是奢華的享受。

不過服務有點慢,大概是侍應人手不足的原因。全場大概有十枱客人但只有3位侍應,所以要有耐心呀

一入餐廳,格局幾有驚喜,因為唔似火鍋店,同行朋友話似文青cafe😁叫咗個$688四人餐,再加嘢飲,已經夠豐富。鍋底一開始已有幾片椰子肉,食物嚟到擺到成枱都係!侍應幫我哋將碟竹笙椰子雞及馬碲放入鍋,然後用沙漏計時就食得!一開鍋蓋真係好香椰子雞湯味,飲落亦好清甜,可惜咁好味嘅湯底份量唔多,要加椰子湯的話,每次收費$38,加水就免收費。枱上有餐廳提示,建議客人落沙薑、辣椒、青柑桔去火鍋豉油度點雞食,果然令雞件味道提升!可能一般港式火鍋或雞煲食得多,呢個椰子雞煲確係有新鮮感。其他食物樣樣也不錯,仲有個多飯焦嘅臘味芋頭煲仔飯作結,食完真係飽。唯一係杯菠蘿椰子冰,椰子味完全蓋過菠蘿味,飲落比較淡,友人嘅椰青就ok。同朋友一路享受美食一路傾咗成晚,感覺良好😊

我當然都影番幾張寫真。

呢度蔬菜嘅款式都唔少,而且有啲比較少見:小松菜、水晶冰菜、羽衣甘藍、水菜

我地點嘅野菜籃有四至五種菜,日本水菜、菜芯、娃娃菜、生菜,少量菇類。

各款菜都食得出好新鮮,加上椰子鍋湯底,好甜。


個人尤其喜歡水菜,味道、口感特別,小清新,食完咁多肉類,唔食番幾條菜唔掂!

唔好期望係好正宗嘅乾身煲仔飯,食過兩次唔同款嘅飯,都有同感。

如果想食乾身、有焦嘅煲仔飯,呢度未必滿足到你~因為啲飯食落濕濕地
