最近試咗呢間餐廳,點咗麻辣鹵水魷魚、麻辣鹵水雞腎同埋小法包,但整體表現令人失望。首先,鹵水嘅味道完全唔得,麻辣味唔夠勁,鹵水嘅香料味又唔突出,食落冇層次感,甚至有啲似平平無奇嘅滷味鋪出品。魷魚同雞腎質感一般,冇特別嘅驚喜,仲有啲偏硬。至於小法包更加係大失敗,將鹵水配埋法包呢個組合本身就有啲奇怪,結果味道完全唔夾,仲唔如一個普通嘅街邊麵包。價錢方面,感覺偏貴,但分量又唔算多,性價比極低。與其試呢間餐廳,倒不如自己飛去越南食地道又平嘅滷水更抵食。建議餐廳要認真改善鹵水味道,同埋重新考慮菜式搭配。

Found cheap eats in this friendly shop! $38 for takeaway rice box, with decent amount of vegetables and a free bowl of hot soup! Really good for the price. There are Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, and marinated delicacies too. Gotta try them out next time. I got the $38 pork neck and spicy minced pork sauce on rice. Big slices of tasty pork neck, legit spicy minced pork sauce (could be a little less salty but it’s still good), a big portion of boiled crunchy lettuce, and some good plain rice. Yum! It came with a complimentary bowl of soup, tasted peppery with flavour of pork bones. I think it’s the broth base for their rice in soup (湯飯) menus.

真係特登睇地圖去搵來食,去到個鋪頭,門口好細,屬小店。入到去真係相當細,我哋叫左兩個妹豬湯飯(雞、花膠、冬瓜湯飯),滿心期待食物的到來,可惜我地見人介紹得咁好食,但來到明顯有落差。湯飯的湯唔夠熱、味道還好,但食湯飯唔夠熱感覺真係有些唔知點咁,可能個湯係即滾,但放切雞時只係放雞無再刻意加熱,所以湯來到時已無(辣)嘴的感覺,菜脯野味。整體感覺一般,如果下次來食會刻意叫佢滾耐少少。店內只有三至四張枱,座位好迫,服務方面係無,樓面女士唔係好想郁…… 全店得一個牙簽筒,我請佢幫忙,佢面有難色,我諗我左到佢休息,btw當時只有我一枱客。大致上體驗一般,如果想試,可以考慮外賣。

小店地方不大, 一邊放了3張4人桌, 另一邊則放了雪櫃。蠔門不碎 $58蠔門不碎賣相頗一般, 飯如山般放在碗中, 面頭放上蔥蒜是小心思, 但湯水過多, 蓋過湯料, 令整件事很孤寡。把湯料集中在一邊, 其實湯料也不少, 有蠔仔, 冬瓜和冬菇。但肉碎呢? 實在少得沒有存在感。飯粒粒分明, 有咬口, 不會過軟和黏口。蠔仔脹卜卜, 飽滿肥美, 味道濃郁。唯湯底味道偏淡, 略為失色, 需自行加胡椒粉調味。菜脯味濃, 辣遍口腔, 沖擊味蕾, 與湯底造成頗大對比。

先起九龍城賣越式法包,近排開到嚟土瓜灣專賣湯飯同滷味小食 (滷味小食多到成個櫃都係)餐牌有九款湯飯選擇,雞牛豬羊海鮮都有,梗有款啱 佢啲名改得好搞笑,有個外賣叫鹹濕仔,跟住個姐姐同廚房講”喂,差個鹹濕仔啊”😂▶️ 海底奇兵 ($68)原來可以揀飯/米線/河粉,我就當然試湯飯啦🍲湯底用豬骨、上等老雞同瑤柱熬製,零味精👍🏻食完唔口渴,飲晒啲湯都仲得有老火湯嘅味道,海鮮料令佢偏鮮甜材料甚豐富:兩隻青口、兩隻海蝦、兩件魷魚、幾隻蜆、肉碎、冬瓜海鮮好無論口感定味道都唔覺似雪藏🦐兩隻蝦連殼要自己搣,證明新鮮,肉質爽口唔老尤其鍾意魷魚🦑食落爽彈唔難吞青口都唔錯🦪蜆肉就一般不過冬瓜太生硬,可能需要熬耐啲,肉碎份量亦少咗啲🤏🏻🍚白飯加咗些少紅米,飯質好食,浸起湯都唔會變爛飯,反而粒粒分明飽滿,保持到質感,仲好索湯面頭落咗蔥同蒜呢啲天然調味料,令湯飯味道豐富又惹味啲另外仲可以加店舖自家製嘅辣菜脯,食落辣喉嚨🌶️但係覺得佢菜脯切得太碎,欠缺脆卜卜嘅口感▶️ 還原妹豬湯 ($78)朋友叫嘅湯飯,材料係花膠、滑雞同姬松茸,養顏滋補之選🐔滑雞似白切雞,有皮有骨,味道正常,唔係特別滑嫩朋友話花膠太薄同偏軟,唔係太啱佢口味,不過湯底好香雞味▶️ 滷水糖心蛋 ($18)一盒兩隻,呢隻雞蛋特別巨型,外型呈深啡色,明顯滷咗好耐切嘅時候感覺到有啲「阻力」,有少少台式鐵蛋feel (不過當然冇咁硬)果然味道超入味,鹹中帶些少甜🤤連蛋黃都夠鹹香,用嚟配清淡嘅湯飯一流佢個蛋黃除咗晶瑩剔透之外,有啲gel 黏黏地嘅感覺,好正!有趣地蛋白有兩層🥚有層次口感呢個非一般嘅滷水糖心蛋一定要試❗️食完好驚喜,同拉麵店食到嘅唔同-湯飯冇令我失望,湯底鮮甜健康,鍾意佢用真材實料🫶🏻滷水蛋尤其正,會有興趣試埋其他滷味,見佢啲醉蝦醉雞唔錯😍價錢亦唔貴舖頭位置吊腳,地鐵站行出嚟行一陣先到入面環境亦比較細,只係得四張枱,容納到10個食客左右,所以晏晝嚟都坐滿姐姐服務幾好,主動問客人食唔食辣然後介紹辣菜脯,又會同啲熟客傾吓計 (聽到有個熟客話聽日再嚟食)上菜速度快,落完單唔使5分鐘就嚟,賣相仲要唔求其價錢雖然貴過茶餐廳,但有呢個質素絕對值得,冇得比較~難怪一路食見到唔少人嚟買外賣🥡佢啲外賣都裝得好有心思,唔係普通發泡膠,冇咁容易倒瀉大家嚟土瓜灣區不妨支持下呢間隱世小店🥰
