To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

容許我用餐的時間很雞肋，不吃或跑着吃件三文治太沒趣，又不能吃嘆慢版的吃個茶餐，甚或到咖啡店吃西式早餐喝咖啡，就跑了到一所出名快的快餐店用膳。
店家的店名故名思義，什麼什麼三文治快餐店，主打三文治及就是要快！堂食的座位也只有數張及吧座，予人快上快落的感覺，本人來到之時又突然被豐富的早餐所吸引，十八元一份早餐，有足麵、三文治及飲料，在灣仔區來說，真的是非常便宜，所以叫我情不自禁的，就在吧枱上快快的解決它。
先來介紹店家主項三文治，是一份最為簡單的火腿三文治，但就是夠基本，沒犯錯，每個元素也有足，麵包尚算鬆軟，塗了點牛油，入口有薄薄的牛油味，又有火腿的鹹醃肉香，簡單也不錯！
另外的一碗沙嗲牛肉麵原來也挺大碗，麵餅完整的浸在湯中，雖不是用上丁麵，沒有軟嫩彈牙的口感，但麵條至少沒有煮過火，挺有咬口的，而面層的那一堆疑似沙嗲牛肉，根本完全不似沙嗲，不過勝在夠大堆頭，有種淡淡的醬油味，茨打得挺厚，口感有點漿，而牛肉就沒有梳打過，所以都幾嚡，個人而言，真的只能說，勝在夠抵食。
果然是預備要快上快落，熱奶茶用了外賣紙杯盛着，方便客人吃畢就拿杯走人，時間多緊迫，也都要先嗅一嗅，這杯茶夠熱，但沒什麼茶香，也不太覺得有淡奶的羶香，所以順理成章地，茶身果然一點也不挺，也不滑，茶味也很薄，真的不教人搖頭嘆息，這杯茶，只能勉強說是一杯有點奶味的水罷了。
