係呢家茶餐廳度,我試咗碟齋炒麵,真係一絕!🍜 叉燒味道幾正宗,咬落去即刻散發出甜香,非一般嘅叉燒味,令人垂涎三尺。炒麵嘅麵條配搭恰到好處,彈牙得來又唔會太硬,每條麵都包裹住燒味既精華,真係滋味無窮。🤤豉油西多哩嘅香滑,入口即化,個皮卜卜脆,啖啖西多士中間嘅厚蛋,香軟得嚟又唔會過於膩口,完美淡化咗人工感覺,相信係用心做出嚟㗎。喝啖凍檸茶,嘩,真係解渴又解膩。🍹檸檬片嘅酸甜拿捏得宜,有種清新解膩嘅功效,豐富味蕾嘅同時又令人回味無窮,真心唔錯!總括來講,呢次食品體驗好滿足,一啲都唔 pretentious,就連個裝潢都舒服得來唔造作,隨和嘅環境中品嚐到正宗街頭食物,一次咁平易近人嘅美食之旅,令人心情大好。咁嘅地道口味,香港嘅親切感就喺呢度,有排都唔會膩! continue reading

酥條上有很多杏仁粒,無論是小小的咬一口還是大大的咬一口,每每都能吃到杏仁,而且杏仁味的餘香令人想一吃再吃,真的好喜歡!每包有17條杏仁條,每條都很幼,不會一咬便散掉,在回家路上已吃了五條,但一點狼狽的情況也沒出現。 值得encore! continue reading

父親節時,特意買了Cookies Quartet 的雜錦蝴碟酥送給我親愛的爸爸,愛Palmier的爸爸,原來最喜歡原味,幸好他對其他幾款口味都不抗拒,我這個做女兒的真失敗呢﹗精美的包裝裏,放了產品介紹書和保質溫馨提示,十分窩心。禮盒中盛有五款蝴碟酥,分別有原味﹑芝麻味﹑椰絲芝麻味﹑合桃味和亞麻籽味,另有杏仁脆條和玉桂脆條。蝴碟酥比Star's Taste出品的鬆化多了,味道沒有Roll的甜,其中原味牛油香最為特出,而芝麻味有不少黑白芝麻夾在中心,麻香四散;椰絲芝麻味的椰香稍蓋芝麻的風頭;合桃味有隱約的果仁香但不算明顯,粒粒合桃碎增加口感層次;亞麻籽也是脆脆的,亞麻籽麥味不出眾,但依然美味。兩款脆條放在有黏貼的膠袋中,避免脆條碎掉,同時保鮮,店方真貼心。兩款脆條口感都較實,更似餅乾條,牛油味較蝴碟酥遜色,其中杏仁脆條有不少杏仁粒黏著,但果仁香很依稀;玉桂脆條較粗身,玉桂怖滿整條脆條,小妹很喜歡玉桂的香味,如果口感更酥脆完美了。總括而言蝴碟酥比脆條造得出色,不過個人依然最愛Cookies Quartet的伯爵茶朱古力曲奇,無奈小妹真捨不得那麼奢侈的零食,托爸爸的福,買蝴碟酥時偷偷試吃兩件就很滿足了,嘻嘻。 continue reading
