Cova Ristorante & Caffe (Moved) New Location

朋友生日，吃飯慶祝，蛋糕一定走唔甩，朋友未吃過這裡的出品，就訂一個。人少，要半磅皇牌tiramisu，足夠。星期4的晚飯postpone至friday night，立即打去跟cova要delay pick up，服務實在貼心，完全沒有出亂子，只需要說出invoice number就可以改，好方便。我是cova的die heart fan，已經吃過好多好多次了，味道一如以往的令人放心，既體面又好吃，沒有不吃的理由吧。祝，生日快樂。

今!係halloween, 所以就buy左個靚靚蛋糕番黎celebrate~~ 今次試左個regular既Tiramisu~~, 是三層的，面頭是厚厚的可可粉，中間有香甜幼滑的芝士層，芝士味挺突出的，而餅底是被咖啡酒浸得淋淋的手指餅，濕度夠，不會太乾，一口吃下，很香很好吃，咖啡酒的香味，配合香滑的芝士，然後再隱滲一點可可的味道，整體的感覺是妙極的，非常對版。仲有, 這款cake甜度很低, 唔錯,唔錯~~好想試埋其他呀~~~

今次係小弟第一次去依喥食，依喥d環境唔錯，d冷盤幾好食 ; 個八爪魚就一般啦 ; 個羊架幾香不過唔夠鹹，最後想讚d凍咖啡好好飲

we used to only go to cova for high tea, until one time we ate a risotto for afternoon tea, and fell in love with it. so far they made the best risotto in hk, following the traditional way. we were lucky that they were doing the boston lobster special meal, so we ordered one risotto and one pasta as main, and lobster bisque to start with. later we had tiramisu for dessert. all is presented nicely and they are delicious =)

之前食 Cova都係食甜品為主，今晚黎食晚飯，但味道就麻麻地。最好味係餐包和餐後芒果芝士蛋糕。主菜要左 samon 和cod fish。Cod fish魚肉嫩滑，好味。Samon就好腥，真係估唔到甘難食。另外，我地選左 salad bar 做配菜，款式都算幾多，但味道就一般。我還是較喜歡呢度既 desert。

今日又重臨....環境冇變.食物質素冇變,但是....點解要吝嗇給的麵包或Olive Oil和黑醋作送麵包呢?我成日都覺得,可以接受加價,都唔可以為求減成本而去吝嗇給客人嘅選擇,感覺好.........好寒酸.我仍然覺得食物水準唔錯,但希望餐廳管理,都唔可以忽略細節.

為慶祝姪女一歲生日我哩個孺叔專程訂個COVA蛋糕送比佢由於佢鍾意食士多啤梨所以揀左1lb:士多啤梨雲呢拿芝士蛋糕(STRAWBERRY & VANILLA CHEESE CKAE)個蛋糕好好食雲呢拿既香加埋滑滑既芝士...完美!食落唔係甜到漏果種...正!!見阿B用手拿就知幾好食今次要讚讚個服務員由於個COVA嘜頭形狀生日牌較細所以D字體寫得較密幾乎睇唔到個歲數:1st服務員解釋因為餅廚係意大利人所以寫得較撩佢可以即時用較大既牌寫過,只需2分鐘寫完仲問我滿唔滿意,服務好好佢講左幾次唔好意思搞到我都有D唔好意思...最後講一句:阿B生日快樂!!

I prefer fishes cooked in Western style than in Chinese style. Cova's grilled sea bass is on the top 5 positive of my favor fish dish in HK. Although it costs over HK$200 lunch, it's absolutely worth because (1) high quality french bread loaf, always crispy and warm;(2) stable quality appetizer bar which sautee mushroom is a must;(3) lovely grilled sea bass, and(4) signature dessert.The only thing I don't feel comfortable is the relatively crowd dinning room. Still acceptable.

突然醒起朋友聽日生日，想送個蛋糕去拒屋企卑個surprise拒，想知道cova會唔會幫人送生日蛋糕。9pm 打去尖沙嘴 cova，一位語帶 MK feel 的哥哥話餅店那邊已收了，叫我打去又一城果間問。我問番哥哥，mud你解答唔到我0羊?! 哥哥話拒果邊系餐廳，所以要問番餅鋪。唉。。。同一間餐廳，0甘簡單的資料都唔知道，系唔系他們缺少溝通呢？之后，0拿0拿上網查又一城電話 (須知哥哥絕對無提供又一城分店的電話號碼)，點知網上的電話系錯既，攪到卑位好不禮貌的姐姐"給"線。之后，嘗試打去pacific place果間問，電話響了良久，正當我想收線時，有人接聽。姐姐話要order 滿 $500 再加運輸費。攪0左0甘耐，0甘麻煩，我都已經其實想打消念頭唔買cova餅了，仲要買個$500蛋糕，要多少人至食得完呢？

甜品一直係我既至愛, 再加上最近有好多野煩, 所以好友就請我去食"甜品" TEA BUFFET, 想我輕鬆一吓~ (THANK~~~~~~)入到餐廳, 見到d甜品 (雖然款式比我想像中少), 不過未食已經好興奮, 所以一坐底就忍唔住去攞野食, 除左甜點, 原來都有幾款鹹點同迷你三文治鹹點 - 鵝肝香, 再加上塊多士脆卜卜好好味, PIZZA 熱辣辣 GOOD, 吞那魚蘇皮盒個樣好得意, 味到超正, 仲有d不知名既都不錯三文治 - 迷你漢堡包 NO GOOD, 牛角包太淋, 不過入面d餡料不錯, 鮮蝦迷你三文治就清淡左d, 不過就好有心思, 因為個三文治係整成一個心形, 仲有一款唔知係咩, 將芝士係麵包面劃成格仔, 呢個都不錯 YEAH~~~~~~~我既至愛終於都出場 :-甜品 - TIRAMISU 有粒粒咖啡豆舖面幾特別, 迷你果達就麻麻地, 個達底比較淋, 至於芒果MOUSSE, 咖啡 CAKE 等都不錯, 朱古力蛋糕好香好濃, 唔會太甜, 食多兩件都仲得, 蛋白士多啤利就好有驚喜, 上面係蛋白, 下面係士多啤利, 個味道好夾, 一定要試 (我食左好多), 等左好耐都唔見有芝士CAK

今日同朋友行街, 冇預謀地去左COVA high tea..第一次...$168 + 10% 既tea buffet..可能係weekday,冇咩人..多數都係遊客多. 服務都ok, 有頻頻黎收碟同refill 水..$168 set 包1杯fresh juicy + 1杯coffee + 無限甜品..野食好多種類,好精緻,細細份咁..不過味道真係一般. 唔係差既, 只不過係普通貨式, 唔會特別難忘. 另外, 我覺得佢D 甜品都係甜左D...食多件都好罪過咁..最值回票價既係杯cappuccino..下次未必會再try buffet, 不過食件cake + 杯 coffee 都會既...relax 下嘛香港人..

之前食過 Mango Dome Cake 好食都知道佢地嘅 Cake好有質素今次試呢個 Peanut Feuillentine $275/1磅其實個 cake有3種口感首先面層係香滑忌廉中層係朱古力 Mousse，好香濃底層係朱古力海綿蛋糕，海綿蛋糕好幼滑但整個蛋糕都充滿大量榛子碎粒，好有口感，好香脆好有食金沙朱古力感覺但個人感覺會有少少 "漏" 所以就算好好食都不能食得多，所以個蛋糕本身比較矮，被免食得過多我覺得就算1磅都可以4-6人分享朱古力愛好者不能錯過
