Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 間餐廳名用普通話讀就係海鮮,又幾有創意😂 蟹(每人半隻)好食,蟹膏味超重,龍蝦 (每人半隻)爆晒膏🤣 肉質彈牙加拿大野生海虎蝦鮮甜👍🏻 呢個真係正 ,係好既蝦至做到咁鮮甜。韓國斧山珍珠蠔蠔屎味重西蘭刀員蚌好大隻,鮮味海水味重,唔洗點醬都夠味。蟹皇大元貝有蟹膏係元貝上面😍好鮮甜,呢個我至愛,飲埋d汁有機菜籃菜都甜,不錯食晒海鮮之後用上面蒸過既海鮮滴落去既汁,做成粥,但粥既質感唔夠綿,蔥花係可以唔加,唔食既朋友可以唔落。基本上成餐都唔洗點豉油 已經好夠味但略嫌價格稍貴,如果夠budget 又想食高質素嘅海鮮,可以黎呢到一試。 continue reading

經朋友推薦,我今日來到尖沙咀的蟹仙品嚐蒸海鮮,果然不負盛名。此次我選擇了尊貴海鮮套餐,菜單上包括了野生奄仔蟹、太平洋饅頭蟹、台灣九孔鮑魚、紐西蘭月亮貝、加拿大野生海虎蝦、韓國釜山珍珠蠔、澳洲青年龍蝦、蟹皇大元貝、蟶子,以及有機蔬菜籃。最後,還享用了吸收了海鮮精華的海鮮粥。👍🏻當晚所有海鮮均由服務員精心掌控蒸製時間,我們只需靜坐享用,服務非常周到。海鮮經過精心清洗,鮮味十足,肉質肥美,每一口都令人滿足。👍🏻在蒸海鮮的期間,侍應與我們交流,得知老闆經營海鮮生意超過四十年,並在世界各地承包當地漁船,因此他們的海鮮質量極高,與市面上普通的產品不可同日而語。以他們的價格來說,這裡的海鮮真是超級推薦!👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

蒸氣鍋最緊要用料新鮮,依家餐廳有優惠由一人套餐$449-六人餐$4308都好多選擇我地2個人每人嗌左個$449嘅尊貴海鮮套餐,共10款,套餐可以升級之餘如果唔夠仲可以追加海鮮主角係菲律賓奄仔蟹,奄仔蟹食得多但係呢一款菲律賓奄仔蟹真係第一次,蒸氣慢慢將奄仔蟹嘅精華逼出嚟,令整隻蟹都充滿咗海水鮮甜。蟹肉非常嫩滑,蟹腳肉特別結實咬落去有彈性,口感好正。蟹膏更加係達致頂級,多膏之餘仲軟滑鮮甜,必食。店員話老闆每日新鮮接機返嚟,隻隻新鮮,而且香港唔係度度食到架令一主角太平洋饅頭蟹,叫得佢饅頭係比麵包蟹嘅size細,饅頭蟹身長係深水中,繁殖期先會上水面,期間限定唔係成日有,唔怪得知以前從未食過,海水味好濃郁,唔好睇佢細細隻鮮甜度都好高架,蟹膏雖然唔多但係帶有濃郁嘅甘香味,蟹肉口感紮實得嚟又嫩滑 continue reading
