就快母親節,媽媽最鍾意食海鮮,所以帶咗媽媽來食蒸氣海鮮,為她預先慶祝。這間是我之前食過CP值幾高蒸氣海鮮。而且這裏服務非常之好,服務員會幫手蒸海鮮,不用自己動手,以及講解海鮮來源,非常詳細。我哋叫咗兩個尊貴海鮮套餐,套餐包括有媽媽最鍾意食嘅龍蝦,其他有野生膏仔蟹、饅頭蟹、九孔鮑魚、青口、虎蝦、珍珠蠔、蟶子、大元貝及有機蔬菜籃。野生菲律賓膏仔蟹每人有半隻野生膏仔蟹,膏仔蟹有滿滿嘅蟹膏,而且蟹肉飽滿,啖啖肉,非常之新鮮甜美。龍蝦每人有半隻青年龍蝦,龍蝦非常新鮮,肉質飽滿,彈牙爽甜,非常之美味。饅頭蟹饅頭蟹出面比較少有,雖然蟹肉不多,但鮮味十足。九孔鮑魚、青口、虎蝦、珍珠蠔、蟶子及大元貝青口及大元貝都有配上蟹黃醬,蟹黃醬係餐廳自家製,互相配合,更加鮮美;虎蝦彈牙,聖子同九孔鮑魚爽口,全部都好大隻,非常鮮甜,而珍珠蠔就好creamy。粥底蒸海鮮仲有一個粥底,粥底有芋頭、豬骨、粟米、菜脯及蔥等,吸收蒸海鮮嘅精華,綿密鮮甜。最後仲有糖水送,椰汁雪燕,非常滋補,而且糖水唔係太甜,為豐富嘅一餐作完美結束,非常滿足。 continue reading

今日朋友book咗一間隱世餐廳,我搵咗20分鐘先搵到,一入到去,原來係食蒸海鮮,我們叫咗兩個一人前既海鮮set,原價$9XX,現在做半價449,睇落去都算底食,唔知海鮮生唔生鮮呢~一開始職員就將碗碟放落蒸爐消毒,確保衛生,之後就上了一碟五款既海鮮,裡面有青口,蠔,大蝦,聖子同一款貝類(唔記得叫咩貝)第一樣蒸的是加拿大大蝦,很厚肉,加小小車鼓油一口食哂,好滿足第二樣蒸聖子,好大隻,好爽第三蒸鮑魚,唔算好大,但都有返咁上下size,不錯第四就樣就係貝類,青口同乜乜貝,海水味超強,不用調味已經很夠味~原來以上只係頭盤,接着黎先係主角首先食澳龍,雖然龍蝦不算好大每人半邊,原隻開邊蒸,能保留龍蝦的汁水,又多肉,正~之後蒸隻未見過既蟹,經理說,這個叫石頭蟹,這隻蟹捕捉時間只有6月-12月,因為這隻蟹大部份時間只會在深海石那之間,發情先會出來,以最靚嘅姿態去求偶,所以頗為珍貴,講到肉質,好細緻,真係好食,唯一美中不足就是肉少~接住來這個餸是最欣賞的,就是奄仔蟹,我諗大家都知道奄仔蟹的質感,我都不用說太多,唯一可以講這隻奄仔蟹超級大,肉多蟹膏多,現在都回味緊~跟住食埋蒸菜同埋個海鮮粥底,大滿足~總括黎講,物超所值經理說,基本上大部份海鮮都係野生,根本上就不需要豉油,已經夠晒味道~ continue reading
