原本諗住去對面間舖買兩餸飯,但兩餸飯店8點幾就賣晒收晒嘢,見呢間巧手製作仲有飯又唔洗排隊,所以就幫襯下。其實之前都買過,啲飯同包係幾平,好多公公婆婆排隊買。但印象中前枱個阿姐好惡好冇禮貌,態度好差,好似全世界得罪咗佢咁。今次幫襯個姐姐都係keep住一個好唔友善嘅態度,仲要落錯晒嘢畀我。佢問我「要唔要豉油?」,我答「唔洗豉油」,佢再問「要唔要菜?」,我話「好吖 要菜」,當時我冇留意佢落咗啲咩,而且塊板好高 都好難睇到,點知返到屋企打開先發現佢落咗豉油 但冇落菜😠原本就係想食得健康啲,點知落錯晒,今舖真係冇下次 冇下次 冇下次。下次真係早啲去買返兩餸飯算!

這間經常光顧的店舖,今早九點去買點心做早餐,但買到的可說是不知所謂的食品,已經變壞的山竹牛肉,包皮破爛不堪的奶皇包,疑似是將隔夜點心翻蒸出售。而前缐員工的操守,也有很大問題,例如將三個不同的點心(燒賣、雞扎及鮮竹卷)放在同一個食物盒內,結果是燒賣沾滿了鮮竹卷的醬汁,雞扎鮮竹卷也混在一起,我也不知究竟食了甚麼下肚。這樣的情況管理層必須好好檢討、處理及公開交待,入否則長此下去只會令客人卻步,以後不會再光顧。

下午在街市買完菜想買d小食當下午茶,就行去旁邊既foodlane行個圈,見到巧手個鋪位將個點心櫃搬埋出嚟,櫃裏面全部都是點心,有生煎包(豬肉/牛肉)、春卷、鹹水角、角色各類嘅煎糕等,四件$17 ,八件$30 ,但是我一個人吃不了太多,只選了四件,我選了兩件鹹水角及兩件豬肉生煎包,咸水角算大舊,皮比較厚,因為已經凍咗所以比較油同軟,不過我鍾意食鹹水角所以都接受到,生煎包外層油太多,白菜配豬肉味道不錯,如果用少啲油會更好吃

晚上在將軍澳「坑口」「領展」街市旁邊的美食廣場裡面,食完一客價錢便宜,但是味道也只屬一般程度的「牛腩飯」之後,我看看附近有沒有食店售賣「雞肉」小食。結果我在美食廣場裡面的「巧手製作」裡面,購買了一個「香菇雞包」,當作有雞肉可以食就算數。不過「香菇雞包」今次不是主角,真正「巧手製作」的主角,應該是「香煎牛肉包」才對。雖然「香菇雞包」裡面的而且確,是有不少已經被剁碎的雞肉,加上不少被切碎的香菇,令「香菇雞包」實際餡料裡面,有不少來自雞肉餡料的甜味,還有來自切粒香菇的彈牙口感以及香味。不過「巧手製作」今次真正吸收到我注意力的食品,反而是單個賣港幣六元的「香煎牛肉包」。「香煎牛肉包」表面和底層,都是疑似被香煎過的金黃色色澤。我用口試食過一口「香煎牛肉包」之後,覺得「香煎牛肉包」的表面,真的有疑似被放鐵板上被加油香煎過,所以「香煎牛肉包」表面的皮口感其實頗為香口。至於「香煎牛肉包」裡面的免治牛肉餡料,牛肉裡面有少許的辣味,還有少許牛肉裡面的鮮甜味道。至於牛肉裡面的辣味來自什麼材料,是洋蔥、黑椒還是胡椒,我就不是太肯定是什麼材料了。而且「巧手製作」「香煎牛肉包」被我咬了一口之後,「香煎牛肉包」表面

而且「巧手製作」「香煎牛肉包」被我咬了一口之後,「香煎牛肉包」表面沒有因此而完全凹陷,所以證明「香煎牛肉包」表面的金黃色,應該是來自在鐵板上被加熱香煎過的痕跡。

「香煎牛肉包」裡面的味道,相對「香煎雞包」而言是比較濃厚,因為「香煎牛肉包」裡面的牛肉原味,始終比「香菇雞包」裡面的雞肉濃厚得多了。

而且「香煎牛肉包」售價比「香菇雞包」再便宜大約一元五角,但是「香煎牛肉包」外層口感比較香脆,餡料又有牛肉的濃厚甜味,整體味道比「香菇雞包」更好。

所以,下次如果再有機會光顧坑口分店「巧手製作」的話,我會選擇購買香口和有牛肉甜味的「香煎牛肉包」多一點。

唐記包大家就食唔少,不過你又知唔知有一間同唐記同一集團嘅中式快餐呢?冇錯,今日就介紹巧手製作。首先介紹一下鹹蛋肉餅飯。肉餅份量頗多,都有手掌心咁大塊。二肉餅入邊有其他配料例如馬蹄同埋少少蒜頭味。通常出去食嗰啲肉餅都係好油,但竟然今次就有驚喜。肉餅唔油之餘但仍然能夠保持肉汁。而鹹蛋亦唔會過分油,有啲油澤,一食得出唔係乾爭爭嗰嘅鹹蛋。除咗肉餅之外,各位注意健康嘅人士都可以放心,因為有三份一個飯盒都係椰菜。跟住我哋就講下馬拉糕。馬拉糕質地鬆軟,而唔會過甜,份量幾大,有一隻手掌咁大,高度有至少五至六cm。我本身諗住買咗當早餐食,點知食咗第一啖之後,覺得有啲好食,所以夜晚就當左甜品食晒成舊。除咗馬拉糕之外,就當然唔少得茶樓都會有嘅香蔥蝦米腸粉。蝦米都好多,每一條腸粉都有大概10粒蝦米🦐。而腸粉都幾滑。總知係一條高於正常水平嘅腸粉😂。最後,就講下金錢肚。金錢肚唔會好韌,質地軟熟,有別於一般酒樓。調味適中,唔會好鹹。整體黎講,價錢適中,係突如其來想食酒樓嘢嘅好選擇。

馬拉糕質地鬆軟,而唔會過甜,份量幾大,有一隻手掌咁大,高度有至少五至六cm。我本身諗住買咗當早餐食,點知食咗第一啖之後,覺得有啲好食,所以夜晚就當左甜品食晒成舊。

食開唐記嘅我見到樓下有間巧手製作,就買咗幾個飯同兩個包。首先講吓個飯。巧手製作出咗一系列嘅丼飯,而其中一個係咖喱雞當飯。咖喱雞份量佔成個飯盒三分之一,除咗雞肉之外,仲有少量蔬菜例如三色椒。味道方面,咖喱味頗重,而且辣度適中,係一個送飯唔錯嘅選擇。而喺飯量方便,一個飯盒大概有兩碗飯,份量十分多。另外,牛肉丼飯味道亦唔錯。牛肉有驚喜,唔係一般食開嘅肥牛,而係有牛味但係唔肥嘅牛肉片。而且肉量亦算多。係汁方面,味道適中,唔會過鹹,不過就有少少油。巧手製作除咗丼飯之外,亦有一般普通飯盒。魷魚肉餅飯嘅肉餅大概有手掌心咁大,大概1.5 cm厚,如果一個人食,份量算大。肉餅唔鹹,有淡淡的魷魚香味。20幾蚊一個飯盒有咁樣嘅質素算係唔錯。除咗飯,我亦叫咗香菇雞包同菜甫肉包。香菇雞包嘅雞球鮮嫩多汁,有淡淡的香菇香味。而菜譜肉包,味道較鹹,但菜甫嘅味道突出。整體而言,巧手製作價錢便宜,分量頗大,係糧尾欣物。
