星期日晚飯時間黎,附返食店間間排晒隊,呢間鬼影都冇隻,原來唔敢入去,但又好想食泰野,照入去搏一搏。叫咗個芝士和牛菠蘿炒飯、同埋大蝦卡邦尼,兩個餸食落去明顯用料新鮮,牛肉粒都係好黎,係唔係和牛我就唔識食,但係好食嘅。大蝦卡邦尼果D蝦都夠大隻爽口,唔係俾啲凍死咗幾十年嘅蝦俾你食,意粉仲混左邪惡嘅鹹蛋添。仲要有個睇落幾精緻嘅,蝦沙律做前菜,又有個體能好似南瓜湯蛋糕飲落就有咖喱味嘅湯。百零蚊個餐,有齊前菜飲品湯,飲品有青檸梳打、龍眼冰之類嘅特飲,仲有甜品添。 continue reading

上網睇到呢間,又見太和又好似比較少泰國嘢食,啲朋友試完又話唔差。就特登試吓食。我就平日嚟食嘅。就試咗個白咖喱再加杯泰式奶茶。佢個白咖喱,我覺得偏印度香料重啲會辣少少。不過佢都幾好食,攞咗嚟試過點蝦片超級一流😂。本身諗住點個巴東肉試吓(佢好似最推介係呢個)但係驚食唔晒就冇叫。佢個泰式奶茶我覺得茶底重啲啲,呢啲我就冇乜所謂。佢其他小食都吸引,但係可惜我自己一個,同朋友嚟食,應該都幾抵。價錢嚟講小店係呢個價(本人食咗$100)。一個人食就唔會太化算,當試吓新嘢。因為佢個飯係唔包嘢飲,要另外叫。如果同成班朋友嚟食個價錢都OK。貪在呢度係喺條小巷旁邊,唔會太嘈。同朋友過嚟聚會應該都幾開心。坐落都闊落嘅同埋啲凳有軟墊(加分👍👍)可能我平日嚟就唔係太多人。環境就10分乾淨。員工態度都好好,我走嘅時候同我講咗兩次多謝😂。整體都感覺良好,當支持下本地小店。大埔人可以都去試下,間野係太和邨對面馬路個間牛肉刷刷鍋隔離(差啲睇唔到😂)。 continue reading

嚟到大埔,見到有間新開嘅泰式小店,炎炎夏日最啱食泰國菜式。先來一個串燒做小食,揀咗雞同埋羊各三串,食物準備嘅時間較耐。幸好,串燒上菜嘅時候係熱辣辣,保持到肉汁。配上醬汁都非常惹味。主菜點咗一個泰式脆皮豬手,其實脆皮豬手同出邊其他國家嘅脆豬手冇乜太大分別,只係個醬汁比較酸甜開胃。配上一啲醃咗嘅酸瓜,唔算太多泰國特色。但脆皮豬手嘅皮就非常香脆,價錢都尚算合理。餐廳嘅餐牌唔算太過複雜,但都有不同嘅飯同埋麵類選擇。當一點左個菠蘿炒飯,相對其他菜式就比較失色。味道唔算突出,但份量算多。餐廳全新營運,試業期間人手略為不足,等候時間較長。但小店都值得支持,大家有時間嘅話都可以過嚟一試。 continue reading

大埔新開嘅泰國菜,新開試業。無論情侶或一大班朋友都適合去食。先講環境由於係試業同無咩人,所以老細用咗一張枱去放佢地一啲雜物同文件,不過就無傷大雅。餐廳播放泰文歌配合返佢係泰國菜主題,加上柔和嘅燈光,其實都幾舒服。佢地亦有一張大枱可以比起碼十個人去坐,仲提供坐墊,所以坐得舒適。因為我地係一大班人去又唔知點揀,於是係由廚師拍板。以下係部份菜式,因為有啲唔記得相機食先,所以就唔提及。先嚟嘅係木瓜同青芒果沙律,酸甜辣適中,如果中意偏酸嘅可以揀青芒果,想清新嘅就揀木瓜。之後就係泰式生蝦同生蠔,生蠔本身就唔係好關泰國事不過勝在配上佢地自家製嘅泰式醬,清新酸爽得嚟又唔會蓋過生蠔嘅甜味。泰式生蝦都係配上佢地嘅泰式醬,中意辣啲嘅可以食埋上面嘅指天椒,不過我自己就覺得會過辣。生菜包,正路嘢,微辣。炒泰式蝦,佢好似係用冬蔭公嘅味道去炒。由於蝦本有走油比較香口,加上冬蔭公嘅酸爽辣,真係想連殼都食埋😂炒泰式蟹,望見個醬好厚以為好濃味,其實就係甜甜酸酸配合芫荽香氣,無蓋過蟹本身嘅味,反而襯到蟹肉清甜嘅味道。泰式串燒,同平時啲樣有唔同,嚿肉好大嚿,我自己最中意牛,因為juicy又有牛香而且我本身中意食牛。菠蘿炒飯,望落以為好濕,其實還好。食落去粒粒分明,炒飯香氣十足而且帶有菠蘿輕微嘅酸甜味。佢地仲加咗啲提子乾,酸酸地令我地班友差不多飽都仲係想食😂整體嚟講,真係值得一試嘅餐廳。喺宜家呢個時勢仲見到咁有心去經營嘅,真心值得支持一下。 continue reading

近期喺太和翠怡花園有太多店舖關門,選擇性越來越少,前兩天收工走過這條小巷,發現有間泰菜新開張,立即進內到店舖試試,坐低後店員立即介紹飲番杯生啤,整個立即舒暢晒!之後先發覺店內原來有部黑膠播放機,隨着音樂播放,雖然放工後十分疲累,喺呢一個環境下,俾人感覺特別放鬆!之後店員再推介幾個小菜,泰式爐魚、德國豬手,生蝦,串燒等都值得推介!每個菜式都唔差、埋單又平!係呢一區嘅泰菜,呢家我覺得都算唔錯,大家不妨試一試🍺 continue reading
