214/2024 我和女兒去創知中學考試,途經十二冰室,由於尚有時間便一起去食早餐。我見有一位白頭髮、頭髮稀少、身型高大和年長的夥記(描述得比較詳細,因為我不想誤中副車)搞錯好像沒有無所事事,便請他替我們落單,他當然是一般港式茶餐廳夥記的態度:「等等」等他覺得是時候了,便走過來替我們下單。幾分鐘過後,來了一對父子,坐在我們旁邊。他們落單,過了一會,食物到了,咦,我們的早餐呢?我們連向該白頭夥示意,這是他才思思然走去入機,之後還故意走開,扮作看不到我們。我們只好叫另一個女夥記跟進,他之後從該白頭伙記手上接過單據交給我們,一看之下,果然是剛剛才下單。由於我女兒要考試,沒有時間多糾纏,便向女職員詢問該白頭翁的職員編號(因為單據上落單的是一位女職員)。她拒絕回答,我們只好把該白頭翁的外貌描述得詳細一點,避免影響其他伙記。這是十字冰室或該白頭翁的個別問題嗎?當然不是,港式茶餐廳職員的態度便是這樣。所以港人北上消費是一種無聲抗議,誰會願意貼錢買難受?p.s. 由於趕時間,我女兒把書包漏在餐廳裏,多謝收銀女伙記替保存,並交還給她。 continue reading

十字牌牛奶大家冇飲過都一定有聽過,咁唔知大家有冇食十字冰室呢🙈之前食過佢哋嘅早餐,超級大份加吸引😋,今次就嚟食下佢哋嘅午餐。-🍴石鍋沙嗲牛肉湯公仔麵🍜 ($72)最近天氣凍咗,食熱辣辣嘅沙嗲牛肉公仔麵,個胃都舒服曬,麵嘅面頭有啲蔥粒同一啲炸過嘅配料,令到碗麵更多風味!沙嗲味都幾濃,牛肉都好多塊!不過略嫌食到一半嘅時候,就有啲膩😗。-🍴黑松露炒滑蛋及牛油多士🍞 (跟餐)超級好食🤩!黑松露味超級香!炒蛋亦都好滑身,配上牛油多士,簡直一流😋!-🍴熱奶茶☕️ (跟餐) 熱奶茶重奶味🥛,唔會有茶嘅澀味,奶茶好滑身,飲落好順口👍🏻。 continue reading

13-2-2024(Tue)大年初四,又同老公諗節目同搵嘢食,諗緊嘅時候,堂妹話我知亞叔入咗院,咁我哋去睇咗佢先,睇完唔知去邊好,不如出旺角食12-2-2024未開嘅十字冰室。我哋去到,剩返二人枱同四人枱各一張,就坐四人枱,最多人多時搭枱。我哋睇完menu後,都用咗好多時間至決定到食咩嘢,就要咗:2. $58.00嘅生炸雞髀配黑松露蛋黃醬薯條呢個第一個到,食咗薯條先,熱騰騰外脆內軟,但黑松露蛋黃醬仍凍,味道都唔係好夠。味道:4分生炸雞髀好易切,外脆內裡juicy同嫩滑,味道就鹹咗少少。味道: 4.5分      抵食: 2.7分1. $98.00嘅軟殼蟹親子菠蘿包呢個又超邪惡,我都好耐冇食菠蘿包喇,菠蘿包外脆,甜甜地嘅麵包夾蟹肉食特別又好味;炒蛋又嫩滑juicy,亦係好味。味道: 5分      抵食: 2.8分3. $48.00嘅芒果木瓜奶昔呢個差唔多食晒上面嘢食至聽到打冰嘅聲音,之後就見到呢個到嚟,我飲啖先,味道較淡,質地亦唔杰,稀到似鮮奶加啲碎冰,好唔抵飲。味道:0.5分      抵食:1.7分4. 跟餐+$24.00嘅薑汁花生醬奶昔呢個都係聽到打冰聲,然後一出就出三杯,當然其中一杯係我哋嘅,老公飲啖先,話好過芒果木瓜奶昔,我飲吓,有薑汁味但冇花生味,又同樣唔夠杰。味道:0.5 分      抵食:2分5. 後加$48.00嘅豬隊友嘅流心西多士即係Nutella朱古力榛子醬西多配十字朱古力牛油煉奶同可可粉,一切開,朱古力榛子醬洗心即刻流出嚟,咁快快食喇,呢個外脆,Nutella朱古力榛子醬雖然唔太甜,但杰身,所以都會覺得膩,係正常吧。味道:4分      抵食:2.7分環境:都幾闊落,不過我個位冷氣有啲勁,差唔多全程要著褸。服務:我哋坐四人枱但冇迫我哋坐二人枱,而且之後我見到有一枱客轉枱,侍應問佢哋叫咗嘢未?佢哋答叫咗。但都俾佢哋轉,自己就同晒同事講邊張轉咗邊張。正常間間茶餐廳都唔俾落咗單轉。 continue reading

經過旺角見到呢間冰室裝修都幾特別,它同平時茶餐廳不同,是以十字奶為主題,點了兩個餐,牛奶沙爹面,跟餐有牛奶蛋和多士,奶味濃郁,環境都幾好,早餐時段都有好多街訪來食! continue reading

踏入餐廳,彷彿時間倒流嘅感覺湧上心頭,我一嘗「黑蒜油牛奶豚骨湯肥牛石鍋烏冬」,瞬間嗅得到黑蒜混合熱騰騰豚骨湯嘅誘人香氣。石鍋冒著煙,將湯的火力保持得咁恰到好處,攪一攪,一啖上口,先是滿滿的奶香,跟住就係豚骨湯嘅微微甘甜,完美融合!嗰肥牛呢,嫩滑得嚟,煮到啱啱好,仲保持住肉嘅鮮美同多汁。跟住嚟,「凍奶茶」。喝個口微冰嘅奶茶,一股濃郁奶香同茶葉嘅清香直擊心扉,令人一啖再啖,箍實個胃。最後落手嘅「出前一定烏冬」係點尾聲。烏冬Q彈過癮,吸晒豚骨湯底,隨每一口咀嚼都釋放出濃濃味道🍜。整體嚟講,今次食用體驗真係正,由湯到主菜到飲品,每一樣都做到有水準。除咗可能會令錢包痛一痛,但係呢種滿足感,絕對值得喎!👍🤤📍 continue reading
