To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物質素極其普通，價錢與食物質素，份量以及服務根本名不符實，10%服務費換來的是QR CODE點餐意外發現連惟一應有的服務收銀都是「西口西面」。找錢時找漏錢折返取回竟然用極不情願的態度，其他員工更怪責找漏錢是客人的錯。無法想像海外遊客受到「西口西面」的服務還會再次到香港旅遊，希望政府的禮貌運動能夠整頓此等劣質服務。

7月29號星期六晚上，我和我家人剛剛下飛機，飛機餐超級難吃，所以沒有吃很飽，肚子很餓，出機場就看到一家翡翠拉麵小籠包就進來光顧。 我哋對你哋樓面同事嘅服務態度極之滿意佢非常之熱情，面容帶微笑。每當上菜時，佢會耐心地同我哋講出上菜食物名稱，佢哋非常之貼心，見到小朋友同長者會換上熱水大人就熱茶，佢哋知道小朋友同長者飲咗茶夜晚會瞓唔到，所以好貼心嘅俾咗熱水。到結帳時，佢哋會主動介紹我購買套票，使我獲得優惠，真係一家好好嘅餐廳。佢嘅工作態度實在令我敬佩。 我必定會向朋友推介你哋機場大有店舖。

去完日本，一落機就搵地方食嘢先見到小籠包三個字就好想食🤭同老友叫咗三樣嘢食ღ上海小籠包ღ即叫即整，熱辣辣🔥皮比較厚，湯汁鮮甜，內餡啖啖肉～————————————— ღ招牌擔擔拉麵ღ平時食開嘅擔擔麵湯底花生醬比較濃郁但呢款比較辣😅吾食得辣嘅我建議揀第二款嘅麵🤭食得辣嘅就應該好鍾意呱😂——————————————另外仲叫咗前菜-宮廷醬茄子🍆醬汁冇咩味，食落口感麻麻地😅熱茶每人計$11 ～ღ(♫ ♪ ♫ ¢яєαмfυи ♫ ♪ ♫ (¯`◕‿◕´¯)ღ

今天是星期天，香港天氣非常差，滂沱大雨好像不會停，正正代表我今天送機的心情! Check-in 後已是下午3時許，我們想找點小食，順便揾地方坐下，等晏啲先入閘! 可能在這個鐘數，人流不算太多，所以不用等位已經可以很舒服的入座!自疫情到今，都無來過翡翠食野，今天來到機場的翡翠，一定要食呢度嘅小籠包、鍋貼和酸辣湯，順道可以慰藉心靈! 翡翠小籠包依然非常有水準，皮薄、餡靚、爆汁，味道無得頂! 至於鍋貼，當然一樣咁出色! 鍋貼皮煎得香脆，裏面又足料，充滿肉汁，真係可以食唔停口!而酸辣湯對於小妹口味來講，就太辣啦，食到流曬鼻水! 但老公話呢度啲酸辣湯味道幾好又多料， 食得辣嘅朋友不妨一試，good luck!翡翠小籠包沒有令我們失望， 食物質素依然保持水準， 令我們仍尋找到昔日的味道，難忘的滋味!

搭完長途機仲要坐經濟客位😅，個人真係攰到一個點，落機一定要慰勞下自己🤣，一出機場就見到翡翠拉麵小籠包，雖然要排長龍，但係為咗食都要嘅，啲職員好快手，客人埋單之後嗱嗱臨執枱，所以我都唔係等咗好耐，我竟然自己一個人叫咗三樣食物，上海排骨拉麵，老乾媽雜菌炒牛肉😋，當然仲有我至愛嘅小籠包，特別想提吓老乾媽雜菌炒牛肉，味道好香牛肉嫩滑，雖然最終食唔晒，但係我都有攞走流作宵夜。🤘
