To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. About Reward Scheme
很久已沒有來到這位於沙田新城市廣場第三期的店子。今天難得午膳時間輕輕鬆鬆便找到了二人舒適的座位。一坐下，店員便送上熱茶和餐前小食。看過餐牌，我們便各點了一個一人套餐。輕盈前菜～四喜烤麩烤麩吸收了汁醬味道不錯又不會過鹹，配爽口雲耳和毛豆吃，口感甚佳。～鎮江排骨甜口的鎮江排骨骨肉分明，配白飯一流。手工拉麵/小菜～糖醋魚柳甜甜酸酸的魚柳味道討人，醒胃好餸飯。～瑤柱賽螃蟹白滑賽螃蟹令人一啖一啖吃不停。養顏豆漿一大杯熱騰騰的豆漿是冬日恩物，原汁原味。結帳的時候真有點驚喜，原來第二個一人套餐享有半價優惠。最後，二人前菜、茶錢和主食合共$198.4。

天寒地凍唔想煮叫外賣，睇左一陣揀左間連鎖上海野食，之前都堂食過幾次，味道正常，今次外賣唔知會不會中伏🤣等左一陣野食送到，今次叫左醉雞，鍋貼同小籠包。唔知係因為天氣凍定係一段時間先有人接單，送到黎d野食凍晒，諗住都係中伏。打開相機食完到我食，雖然係凍左d但味道仍然好好，同堂食分別唔大，當然熱食既話會更好食。小籠包同鍋貼都保持到水準，不愧係餐廳既皇牌產品，兩款既包都無因為凍左而個皮變硬難食左。不過個醉雞有小小苦，同雞肉鞋左些少，但整體都還好既。

兩個人晚上1818點餐，先來個金銀蛋波菜，再來個炒飯之後個炒牛肉完全失蹤～咁啱又坐正個風位，所有嘢都凍曬已經無心情食啦，叫個侍應姐姐取消個牛肉一聲唔好意思啊對唔住都無聲～成間店職員都黑口黑面，不論食物質素同服務都越來越差，應該係唔憂做～所為的10%服務費，水都無加過唔知以為自己去緊大排檔

翡翠拉麵小籠包有多間分店，出名程度係去到香港國際機場都有其中一間分店👍🏼 出名以現代手法去演繹傳統嘅美食，所以廣受大眾歡迎🍜 酸辣湯拉麵超大份量，小熊貓一個都爭啲食唔晒😆 入邊十分足料，大大個面底，配有多款食材如木耳絲，豆腐絲，豬紅等等~ 🥟 小籠包呢個係必食嘅～ 每一份都係新鮮製作，所以上枱嘅時候仲係熱辣辣！ 一定要趁熱食，點一點佢附上嘅薑醋，然後入口嘅時候感受到佢皮薄餡靚～ 一咬就有好多湯汁流出嚟，肉質細緻☺️

這店開業已久，之前都覺得好好吃的，但近日發覺有點退步了。周六中午喺新城市廣場，竟然唔使排隊，立即有位，店內約8成客左右。我們兩個人不是太肚餓，所以只點了一碟糖醋骨，一碗陽春麵及高力豆沙！前二都好味，但糖醋骨份量少得可憐，我還以為是“一人前”的份量😱！ 高力豆沙，個皮太厚，麵粉多，口感不好，有待改善一下。店舖坐位舒適，每張枱分隔也不覺得迫👍 服務態度不錯，奈何人手不足下，叫侍應也要叫兩三次，幸好侍應們有笑容😊總括來說，份量少，價錢足，不過不失的一間上海菜餐廳。
