平常經過旺角,都會來這裡吃吃糕點。這店沒有太多香港人知道,來旅行的只知道什麼留山,什麼熊曲奇,卻不知道這家已經四十年的麵店。對,它是賣叫做「攦粉」的一種跟麵線相似的麵,類似「中山」出的的瀨粉,由店主的上一代從中山帶到香港,每天一大清早就在工場開始製作當天用的材料,確保供應新鮮的粉和糕點。而攦粉的名字由來,是很久以前,粵劇名伶新馬司曾及梁醒波等因爲登台而途經中山,巧合地嘗到中山店的瀨粉,見其做法有趣,而且美味爽口,於是贈其一個「攦」字。經過多年經營,第三代店主都想出更多的產品,先後有人手製作的糕點,種類多,味道好,口感爽口,真材實料,每到過年,更會推出限定的年糕。

平日晚市到,店內大約有24個座位,座位與座位之間唔逼。餐廳出名用木桶盛載攦粉,有gimmick。叫左五花腩肉配墨魚丸攦粉($43),蒜蓉豬扒攦粉($38)。攦粉滑,同米線既粗度差唔多,但會煙韌d既感覺。望落個木桶好細,但其實食食下,麵量多,所以好飽肚。每碗都有大量雜菜,仲有肉絲,湯底唔油膩,所以飲下無妨。配搭既主食蒜蓉豬扒煎香得邊邊位脆脆地,蒜蓉味唔太重。豬扒有大掌咁大塊,尼個價錢抵食。五花腩肉有起碼5塊,肉嫩,冇煮到變硬,d肉唔會zip牙縫。墨魚丸大大粒,雙併幾款配料都只係加$8。整體,抵食既粉麵,同平時食雲吞魚蛋粉麵既價錢差唔多,但用木桶盛載食物夠特別,而且份量足,抵。

粉質好彈牙,外貌似烏冬,但係食落一啲都唔似,彈牙彈牙!!哈哈,所以都有啲難夾,好滑身。

餸菜係鮮炸墨魚卷,超推薦,不熱氣,又好好味,好香,好正!😙

今個端午,朋友極力推薦大記蘆兜糭。原本只打算買一兩只嚐嚐,但見到琳瑯滿目的各款古早味糉子,忍不住買齊了咸丶甜各款口味。當中最吸睛的是巨無霸蘆兜糉,足足有澳洲龍蝦🦞一樣長度,我買來送給外母大人,氹得她老人家笑開眉。至於價錢方面,可以用好抵食來形容,送禮又夠體面,荷包又唔傷✌️大家一定心急想知邊款糭最掂,都係嗰句:各糭入各口,我個人最愛綠豆糉,實而不華,但綠豆份量超多,肉咸香,蛋黃漏油,坊間名店絕對無這水準。 西米豆沙甜糉丶麻辣肉糭是我刁咀女兒摯愛。兒子第一次吃蘇木糭丶鹼水豆沙糉,竟然吃到停不了咀。賢妻說蘆兜糉是她兒時回憶,現在已經好少機會吃到,她簡直吃不釋咀。總括來說,大記的糉:價廉味美,值得追捧,極力推薦給大家。

今個端午,朋友極力推薦大記蘆兜糭。

攦粉是中山名物之一,由純米漿壓擠成麵條,亦是我們常吃的瀨粉的前身。大記出品的攦粉看似平平無奇,卻是樸實無華,以小木桶盛載。湯底清甜今次選了邊頭肉及炒什錦作配料,邊頭肉軟腍入味,份量也不少,出色👍🏻攦粉口感非常Q彈😍爽滑彈牙,大有驚喜!好吃!這絕對稱得上是平淡中的美味!此外,店鋪門前擺放著各式自製傳統糕點,如白糖糕、黃糖糕、砵仔糕、茶果、芝麻卷等等,總有一款能勾起你的童年回憶。每次經過也會買幾款糕點回家作茶點吃,今次試試黑芝麻糯米糍,外皮軟糯煙韌,帶陣陣椰香,內餡黑芝麻蓉香濃軟滑,不過甜,沒讓人失望😊會繼續支持!
