To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳環境格局唔多講，都喺典型茶記，絕大多數都喺卡位，不過啲位就有少少窄，我哋幾個都喺瘦底，所以，坐落就唔覺逼，如果大隻少少嘅可能會感覺唔太舒服。
但有別大多數茶記，啲調味料、餐具就唔喺放枱側櫃桶，而就咁晌晒枱面一旁，但有蓋冚，感覺回都衞生啲。
底面兩頁餐牌，羅列晒所有早餐款式，跟同區嘅茶餐廳比，定價會平$1、$2，但份量會交足，所以，你見都幾多人嚟食早餐。採用二維碼落單，落單可以自己搞掂。

熱奶茶
今次再嚟「燉奶佬」食早餐，整體感覺唔錯，至少無乜邊樣嘢出問題，無伏位。食飽飽，就起行。
美孚呢間「燉奶佬」都好耐無幫襯過，因為對上一次嘅用餐體驗感覺麻麻，況且，美孚茶記選擇多。今次再幫襯都喺同行死佬提議，我就純粹食個下午茶餐，都無乜所謂。格局方面，咁多年都無變過。
下午茶餐嘅選擇，一張餐牌底面兩頁睇晒，輕盈型啲嘅可以揀西多士餐、三文治餐，大份量啲嘅可以揀啲炒粉飯麵、意粉焗飯餐。
二維碼落單，依家大家都熟晒呢個模式啦，唔使多講。

雖然簡單食份雙拼三文治，但夠足料，精神、力氣都返晒嚟。所以話呢，行完山，打完波，食個下午茶喺幾爽嘅事。
