約左幾位朋友食飯,佢哋都中意飲番杯,我即時想起銅鑼灣的Day Moon,原因好簡單,家陣呢度逢星期三及星期日,有$98飲任清酒的Package。以為呢個場唔會太多人,好彩有訂位,否則明天請早。大家點完嘢食,便開始飲了,摸住酒杯底吹水既時光,近幾年已少之有少。先來些刺身壽司,吞拿魚當然是少不了。赤身、中拖與大拖羅,三款各有其吸引力,朋友愛赤身的爽口,面我則從來喜歡脂香四溢的大拖羅。另外點了吞拿魚中落,即係痴住中間嗰條骨,算係幾岩打卡的東西。各人自行用殼刮啲魚肉出來吃,炒熱現場氣氛,大家老友鬼鬼就吃得更加豪邁。呢味送酒亦絕對合適不過。壽司只選了兩款,分別是金目鲷,與及左口魚邊。平時既我,多半會投油香充盈的左口魚邊,但佢個金目鲷又幾爽身。佐酒的話,平常都會吃魚鮫,不過今次見佢有罕有的下巴位置,就來一份,畢竟唔係成日有機會試到。幾香口的,與魚鮫的質感也有幾分相似,因此都是非常稱職的酒盜。此時的我們,大概已喝了N咁多杯。各自選擇了想吃的串燒,雞翼肯定穩陣,事實也是皮香而有肉汁。免治雞肉串醮上了生蛋黃,自會美味。另外大家還柯打了五花肉、白燒鰻魚及青椒等,總之就是佐酒佳品。怎樣也好,都要有點甜才覺圓
