雅士曾經係新界區最高級嘅西餐廳,已經開業4X年,外觀望落簡潔,但原來店內幾有情調,懷舊扒房感覺🙊。當日我地坐卡位,座位闊落,頭頂上面有假藤蔓,整體地方算乾淨,對於第一次嚟雅士嘅男友表示印象良好。

至於食物方面,兩款扒都有用鬆肉粉”拿”過,亦唔太有牛味,可以想像為港式牛扒,但如果食埋個環境,加埋職員工作態度良好,拉上補下,整體感覺唔錯。

3. 扒紐西蘭一級西冷牛扒

老實講嚟呢到唔洗因為食物質素嚟,基本上係茶記standard, 扒房價錢。食物——發水牛扒、西式例湯式忌廉湯配太平梳打餅(有個加酥皮!)😂、烚急凍配菜青豆、淋爆意粉~🫡甜品係淡茂茂啫喱加花奶(花奶正!)不過呢啲老式扒房,喺香港地真係買少見少,除咗食物之外,其實服務形式都好似平價版fine dining 嘅😝——會因應你食嘅嘢配返餐具,飯後先落餐茶。侍應好有經驗好知自己做緊咩,服務到位嘅!環境唔洗講,唔係裝修扮懷舊,係真係餐廳有返咁上下歴史嘅嗰種真正懷舊,夜晚食好有feel, 影相收光都好睇。久唔久一次半次明知難食,都會嚟坐吓,因為根本其他地方食唔到。冇咩其他區嘅人會特登打卡嚟食,幫襯嘅都係區內嘅人,都可以屹立到咁多年都知佢咩料~

環境唔洗講,唔係裝修扮懷舊,係真係餐廳有返咁上下歴史嘅嗰種真正懷舊,夜晚食好有feel, 影相收光都好睇。久唔久一次半次明知難食,都會嚟坐吓,因為根本其他地方食唔到。
冇咩其他區嘅人會特登打卡嚟食,幫襯嘅都係區內嘅人,都可以屹立到咁多年都知佢咩料~

傳統港式西餐一定係洋蔥汁/黑椒汁粉嶺咁遠都一樣塊扒尚算大塊,可惜多汁得滯加上擺耐咗少少薯條明顯淋左唔夠脆口不過唔鍾意三色豆嘅朋友可能未必啱食假日LUNCH算係不錯選擇,粉嶺區咁僻都唔擔心無嘢食啦!

這家餐飯裝修非常懷舊,據說已在粉嶺聯和墟屹立多年,下午茶時間決定進去坐坐。點了熱檸茶,配套竟然有驚喜,檸檬茶的茶用茶壺上,配上茶葉隔,檸檬也切片另上,很有情懷。下午茶餐點了蝦多士和藍梅芝士蛋糕,老實說,食物令人失望。蝦多士還可以,是茶餐廳質素,油算是少,還好。藍梅芝士蛋糕應該不是自家製,上枱時仍未完全解凍,蛋糕身竟然見到冰塊,有點嚇人。如此的食物質素,浪費了一家那麼有情調的餐廳。

特色懷舊西餐廳。這西餐廳歷史悠久,爸媽說他們小時候已經有。我想應該有50多年歷史。香港差不多所有懷舊傳統餐廳都結業了,希望這家可以永遠長在。他們的西餐晚餐很正宗,由面包,湯,正餐到甜品和餐飲。餐湯是周打魚湯,很傳統地會加上梳打餅在湯裏,令到口感有脆脆不只是湯。正餐份量很足夠。我叫了龍尼柳意粉,龍尼魚很大份煎得金香。朋友叫了份煙三文魚沙律。最後到甜品,聽到只有jelly時,不感興趣也沒有太大寄望。但有驚喜!看落去普通的jelly但味道酸酸甜甜很好吃,口感也很好,可以加花奶如需要。
