這酒樓在負一層,老人家上落會有些不便,但其實地點不錯👌,當日不少街坊生意,亦幾乎座無虛席,部長招呼很熱心,推介出嚟食品質素,如他所說的好,比如龍蝦伊面用波龍而蝦亦算多,雖休魚期間,他介紹那條魚好正,出品的片皮鴨比其他酒樓做的好(後來我們多要一隻)…沒料到普通的街坊酒樓都有這樣水準嘅 continue reading

今晚路經藍田,見平平哋,走入去試吓,地方比較嘈,好多老人家,不過如果擬價錢來相比較,都還算可以的,坐到七點幾,都見酒樓坐滿晒,價錢其實唔算貴,食物質素普通,味道也很普通。 continue reading

朋友住在觀塘區,這天就相約一齊來藍田這間百匯酒家飲返個下午茶,星期一至五的下午茶特別抵食!尤其係細食的朋友仔!燒味湯粉瀨每碗只要$19.8, 我們就叫了燒肉瀨粉,味道不過不失,份量都唔算少!另外,再叫左個海皇煎薄餅,都只是$18.8,性價比真的不錯,份量也是幾足夠!大部份的特價精美點心都是十幾二十蚊就有,唔錯唔錯!百匯酒家又幾近地鐵站,地點相當方便,真是一個同朋友飲茶傾計的好地方!下次我會考慮再來飲下午茶架! continue reading

Super nice choice of food for family gathering. A wide variety of good food. It’s simple and yummy. The soup base is yummy and I mixed it with rice to eat This bowl didn’t contain a lot of attractive ingredients tho. The abalone is a bit small. The shrimps are rather fresh and I like them. The fish balls and meat balls tastes nice too! My favourite is the radish, they have absorbed the taste of the soup base! continue reading

光顧這酒家已經第三次了。上兩次在還有晚市的時候,一個孖寶套餐包半隻炸子雞和清蒸沙巴龍躉,後來再點一個海味雜菜煲,豐富的一餐不過三百元多一點。然而第一次之水準明顯高於第二次,看來師傅有別。是故也吸引了來早茶。早茶孖寶也抵食,先來牛肉腸。粉皮偏黏口和厚身,看來是就附近街坊多長者。牛肉是滑牛山竹牛肉一類,馬蹄芫茜都有。不過不失。孖寶之一,蠔王鮮竹卷。調味大路,先用腐皮包甘荀豬肉椰菜等再泡油,然後放蠔油芡蒸熱。調味其實都中規中矩,幾好入口上編到了點心專門店,點了同樣的菜苗餃,可惜上次是不對辦。今次好得多。首先水晶皮通透煙韌又不厚不粉糯。調味有,用的是能呈味的豆苗,這個是好食的。見到點心對路又叫了燒賣。調味都正路,肉餡是全攪肉,有冬菇粒,蝦仁。最後點了蒸蘿蔔糕。調味好,蘿蔔清甜,糕身軟熟,瑤柱,少許胡椒粉和豉油,搭配得天衣無縫,是舊時的滋味。整體而言,晚飯其實也不錯,早茶更優惠,五款點心連茶位加一不過一百二十元,所以有時不是免茶價免加一就是抵。 continue reading
