蛋白雖然唔係「蛋花」又唔滑溜, 不過一舊舊的幾有咬口, 反而幾啱我.
呢個反而幾好食, 值得試試.

放低 50 幾蚊, 印象一般, 楊枝甘露直程食到我「媽媽聲」, 應該唔會再來了... 不過下次到筲箕灣搵食, 天氣又熱的話, 都有機會返嚟試榴槤雪花冰的.

楊枝金露  好有心機的製作,汁底全是芒果汁,細心地加入星星型的果凍,入口非常舒服。西瓜涼粉  雖然普通,但因為那天很口渴,這個己是全店最解渴之選;奶很少,很"傑",如果加多一點水及冰塊就更消暑。這個甜品西瓜只有4、5粒,賣廿幾蚊,似乎貴咗D。值得一提的是,老闆娘對員工的態度很差,在顧客面前放聲辱罵及奚落她的伙記,埋單時仲跟我強調:「對不起,我的伙記真係好蠢架!」做得一手好甜品的人,品性沒道理是如此的。

4月8日(星期四)晚,未吃串燒前,和女友逛東大街時見到有不少甜品店,我們吃完串燒後當然又到甜魔時間,這次我們選擇了來這間很有特色的甜品店。店子不大但人客卻不少,我們就坐在路旁的細小二人檯,女友看到有很多選擇,思前想後就決定要杏汁茶蛋白,其實我還有點不適而沒有甚麼胃口,但不想掃女友的興致就要碗熱的椰汁紫米露。杏汁茶蛋白先來,未吃已經聞到很香的杏仁味,我試了一口,杏仁味的確很濃厚,而且口感幼滑無渣,隔渣的功夫做得很好,反而蛋白比較失色,口感和味道都不突出;椰汁紫米露的賣相不俗,香濃的椰汁下得恰到好處,紫米軟腍卻蠻有嚼勁,而且甜度適中,可惜我實在有點不適,吃了幾口就沒有再吃,要勞煩女友替我善後。雖然未能有幸一賭老媽真面目,但老媽的甜品做得不錯,應該會再來找老媽的!

早期都有去呢間野食, 不過d飯越食越差, 每個汁都只係有甜味, 好難頂.而且, 凍0茶係唔可以叫走甜架, 因為無喎.仲有d雪花冰, 同人地比佢真係差得緊要, 一堆堆唔知咩咁, 又貴.店員既態度亦唔好呀, 自己帶酒去飲, 唔比唔緊要, 唔需要出言罵人架嗎!總知以後都唔會再去食呢.

於權發晚餐後來這裡吃甜品,點了招牌的上元丸和杏汁蛋白糖水。上元丸就是自家製的湯丸,內有花生、芝麻、糖冬瓜等,個人感覺一般, 而且皮不夠煙韌。反而杏汁蛋白糖水值得一讚,杏仁味頗濃, 蛋白也夠滑,如果可以再「杰」身少少會更好。下次再試試蛋糕。

The cake looked really good on display so went in to try them, however both were disappointing.Chocolate cake with orange liquor:Absolutely no taste in orange whatsoever, only the pieces of orange on the top.There was no alcohol taste either, and the whole texture was very crumbly.Opera:Looked like an authentic Opera cake with layers, however tasted nothing like the real thing.

They have all the recent sweet raves - dessert "ho fun", "cheung fun", fluffy shaved ice - plus all your regular chinese sweet soups, grass jelly, sago mix. Choose your own fruits and toppings to go with it. The taste is comparable to the other nice establishments, i.e. in Tai Hang, and the price is a little bit cheaper. The walls are decorated with handwritten comments from their customers. They also serve lunch deals during the day.

是日打算到東大街找吃的計劃簡直就是諸多阻滯,由於多個想試的地方也未開門,所以唯有吃過咖哩之後,就來吃個甜品好了,這間甜品舖,就在安利魚蛋粉隔壁,等候安利的人龍真的是長得不得了,但我們就順利的就座。此店子主打是賣甜品,但其實也有鹹食供應,我們一心來吃甜的,所以也馬上研究甜品的菜單,邊看邊發現牆壁上貼有不少的鼓勵及讚美的說話,其中一張說其心太軟超讚,立時不作他想,先來一個心太軟,知道因為其製作需時,之後與女友稍加討論,最後要了一個中式甜品,乃杏仁茶蛋白。先來的當然是杏仁茶蛋白,碗糖水是熱騰騰的,未吃已經嗅到有杏仁的香味,喝下一口,果然非常有杏香,而且一點也不會有杏仁磨過後的微粒,吃感是非常之幼滑,單以杏仁茶論是很棒的,蛋白吃起來也有蛋白香,但較意外的竟是,蛋白不是以蛋花的形狀浸泡在杏仁茶中,所以吃起來當然不太滑身,可能店家想大家有點咬口吧。之後千呼萬喚的心太軟也來了,雖然碟頭是細了點,但以一個三十六元的心太軟來說,又不能要求太多,從短片內也可見,以匙羹割開心太軟外層的蛋糕,巧克力漿是緩緩的流出,沒有澎湃的感覺其實才是正常,當然又不可以不流心,但這個慢慢的流動,代表了巧克力漿夠香濃,不會太多

是日打算到東大街找吃的計劃簡直就是諸多阻滯,由於多個想試的地方也未開門,所以唯有吃過咖哩之後,就來吃個甜品好了,這間甜品舖,就在安利魚蛋粉隔壁,等候安利的人龍真的是長得不得了,但我們就順利的就座。

此店子主打是賣甜品,但其實也有鹹食供應,我們一心來吃甜的,所以也馬上研究甜品的菜單,邊看邊發現牆壁上貼有不少的鼓勵及讚美的說話,其中一張說其心太軟超讚,立時不作他想,先來一個心太軟,知道因為其製作需時,之後與女友稍加討論,最後要了一個中式甜品,乃杏仁茶蛋白。

先來的當然是杏仁茶蛋白,碗糖水是熱騰騰的,未吃已經嗅到有杏仁的香味,喝下一口,果然非常有杏香,而且一點也不會有杏仁磨過後的微粒,吃感是非常之幼滑,單以杏仁茶論是很棒的,蛋白吃起來也有蛋白香,但較意外的竟是,蛋白不是以蛋花的形狀浸泡在杏仁茶中,所以吃起來當然不太滑身,可能店家想大家有點咬口吧。

之後千呼萬喚的心太軟也來了,雖然碟頭是細了點,但以一個三十六元的心太軟來說,又不能要求太多,從短片內也可見,以匙羹割開心太軟外層的蛋糕,巧克力漿是緩緩的流出,沒有澎湃的感覺其實才是正常,當然又不可以不流心,但這個慢慢的流動,代表了巧克力漿夠香濃,不會太多水份,吃下一口蛋糕連內部的巧克力漿,果然巧克力漿夠香濃,又不會太甜,是偏向黑巧克力的味道,這個味道很討我歡喜呢,加上蛋糕夠鬆軟又有足夠的巧克力味,外層更是焗得少少脆的,火侯控制得相當好,這個心太軟是在平民甜品屋吃過的心太軟之中最好的一個了,另外伴來的雪糕夠凍夠實,吃到尾也夠硬,也有恰如其份的雲呢拿味,伴起巧克力蛋糕吃當然美味。

吃過了美味的甜品,其餘想吃的食店還未開業,加上和女友已經有八成飽,還是下回再來覓食吧。

個人意見:如果衣間鋪頭係咁介意小朋友聲量~佢應該貼張紙o係門口~十歲以下人士不得進入

所以我建議各位家長唔好帶小朋友去喇~免得自己個小朋友無啦啦俾人鬧~大人又食到一肚氣

一頓只可充饑、不甚回味嘅越南菜之後,madam提議再食一頓甜品。在東大街吃甜品,「老媽」是最出名的了,顧客數量可知一二。是晚每人各選一款甜品。首先是木糠凍餅,其實與木糠布甸無疑。同樣是雪得非常之堅硬,不是咁輕易用匙「撬開」;入口無疑是充滿奶香的,不過吃起來很費勁,筆者對之不甚矣矣。拿破崙蛋糕高高的,酥皮極之鬆化,問題是怎樣才能吃得企理。答案是除非閣下天生異稟,一啖可以吞下,否則是「滿目瘡痍」了;就算真的可以一啖吞掉,又可來樂趣呢!好的拿破崙蛋糕,講求的是酥皮嘅層數,而不是高度。以層數多、結構緊密,富有牛油香為上品。以前嘅Grand Hyatt,又或者近期熱爆嘅九龍城黃生嘅舖頭,是一個好示範。最後是蛋白杏仁茶,水了了的,入口杏仁味稀薄,吃了一口,沒有再吃嘅興趣了。是老媽年紀大了,造詣退步了嗎?再仔細研究牆上嘅留言卡,當中有不少是出自同一小朋友嘅手筆。再看網上嘅食評,雪花冰最受歡迎。看來,是筆者選擇錯誤了。
