No kidding. This was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. A friend recommended it and I stopped by for dinner. Friendly service, and the food arrived fairly quickly. Even though I was dining alone, I ordered the Cha Siu Bao, shrimp Har Gao, beef meatballs, and a fried wasabi dumpling. Finished the meal with a poached pear with honey and mandarin peel – incredible stuff.

唔好誤會,我講嘅三合一唔係洗頭水喇,哈哈,係點點心度飲茶簡直係平靚正喇,仲唔係三合一?呢度嘅冬菇包好得意,整個都係冬菇造型,裡面嘅餡都係東西,一咬就覺得滿嘴冬菇香味吖,不過外面黑色果層有D苦味,呢嘅包話企好食又未必,我自己就係鐘意企造型多D喇;炸蝦腸,其實就是鮮蝦腸入邊包住條香脆版嘅油炸鬼,不過唔可以否認,真係好食咗唔少,粉皮韌韌嘅,油炸鬼脆脆嘅,蝦肉甜甜嘅,唔錯嘅口感!糯米雞好香,同我細嘅食嘅味道差五多,好香口,雞肉都有唔少,糯米吸咗D雞肉同買其他香料仲有菏澤嘅香味,成個唔同曬,好食。燒汁茄子,D矮瓜上面放咗大大粒蝦丸,矮瓜油炸之後吸咗蝦丸嘅鮮甜,加上本身嘅甜味,外層嘅微脆,勾芡嘅調味,真係令人流口水吖!

Kafy爸在灣仔返工,以前也試過呢間點點心,覺得食物質素普通,營業時間好似只到十一點,所以沒有keep住去。佢早兩個星期收工時經過再試此店,發現食物水準大大提高,尤其係蒸飯套餐,新鮮熱辣,飯粒分明,軟硬味道恰到好處,似乎係即叫即蒸。Kafy爸又發覺此店嘅營業時間延長了,老闆似乎留意到灣仔區的市場需要,有一班夜收工嘅朋友而呢d時間附近未必有太多食點心方面嘅選擇,呢點係抵讚嘅。另外,店內客源甚廣,有上班族、內地及外籍遊客(佢地有提供附圖嘅英文餐單,所以喺細節上可看出其心思),似乎佢地喺市場推廣方面下了不少功夫,最近甚至拓展至台灣市場,似有大展拳腳之意。所以星期六就特意帶埋喜歡點心嘅Kafy媽再食一餐。當晚去到已差不多九點半,但呢個時間竟然座無虛席,所以我地被安排左上閣樓坐。我地叫左四個點心同一個鳳爪排骨蒸飯(好似係$28,另+$10有菜/豆漿)。點心分別係豬仔流沙包、蝦餃、煎蘿蔔糕同小籠包,可惜呢餐嘅整體感覺令人失望。最主要嘅問題係點心唔夠熱,而小籠包內竟然係一大舊肉餡無乜湯。奇怪嘅係我地睇到旁邊嗰枱外籍客,佢地嘅點心係有煙嘅,所以我地決定俾多個機會佢,就後加了馬拉糕和燒賣,今趟好左少少,

整體來說,此店嘅食物份量足夠,價錢合理,但食物水準不穩定,尤其係人手可能未足以應付客量,大家喺週末/繁忙時間或坐閣樓時就要有心理準備會遇上需要自助式服務同埋食物未必夠熱嘅問題。希望佢地花多d心思保持點心嘅質量,注意及改善人手安排同工序流程先可以兼顧遊客及長期幫襯嘅本地客人嘅需求。
