這天是新例實施的曰子,店子的座位明顯隔得有一段距離。差唔多隔兩張枱才有一枱座位,吃得安心。可惜點心的選擇也減少許多,尤其是蒸點。今日就不吃新派點心,選其傳統點心。晶瑩筍尖鮮蝦餃$58這蝦餃形態很美,表面有金色的點綴,貴氣十足。蝦餃一口大小,蝦肉饀料鮮美爽彈,沒有太多的調味,蝦味突出。大地魚末燒賣$48平曰吃都是蝦肉燒賣,而這大地魚末燒賣的味道也不錯。燒賣的大地魚末味道唔太明顯,但口感爽滑有彈性,應該是手切肉。原籠古法蒸馬拉糕$38這古法蒸馬拉糕口感綿滑,質地鬆軟,氣孔細密,而且沒有舊式的梘水味道,輕輕的甜。曰山和牛煎包$58這和牛煎包造型有趣,煎包質地柔軟,和牛饀料味道濃郁,帶少許黑椒味,口感濕潤,唔會太油膩。石鍋鳳爪排骨飯$58把豉油倒入石鍋,排骨飯吱吱的響,香味十足。排骨軟滑又入味,而且肉味濃,有嚼感。鳳爪極為軟腍,豉汁味濃郁,完全入口即化,再拌以豉汁白飯,真可口!這一天的點心午餐一如以往的好吃。在沒有旅行的日子,吃一些喜歡的食物緩和一下沉重的心情,倒也不錯。
