Introduction

想食點心,卻又眼闊肚窄怎算好?一於去這食又美又好味的優質點心。環境闊落優雅,高樓底配上落地玻璃,沒一般茶樓的嘈吵。點心多特色又選擇多,味道也好,當然價錢比一般茶樓貴了點,但若想好好地嘆吓點心也是值得的。尤其喜歡這幾道點心:黑椒和牛酥賣相好似蘿蔔酥,入口超酥脆,毫不油膩。内裡和牛軟腍,還有濃濃黑椒味,正~海膽蟹肉春卷海膽新鮮無苦味,入口即融,春卷香脆,再配上滿口的蟹肉及沙律醬,口感豐富及多層次!I m loving it ~黑松露蝦餃餐廳招牌菜!蝦餃皮平滑有光澤,質地軟Q,內有滿滿爽口彈牙嘅蝦肉,食落仲有好香的黑松露味~

辛苦左一個星期又到星期五,係要獎勵自己lunch 食好少少,今日決定去dim sun library 到嘗鮮。一坐低就有人問你飲咩茶,之後一路有求必應,服務態度都幾好👍🏻 海膽蟹肉春卷 $88 估唔到佢啲海膽都好鮮甜好足料,咪道同蟹肉好夾,對得起個價錢,絕對可以再食😋黑松露蝦餃 $48擔擔湯包 $48個黑松露味好濃好正,但又唔會搶過蝦既味道,一人一件唔多夠喉🥟 湯包就有啲偏辣,同我想像中既湯包有啲出入,但都唔差既。鹹魚帶子炒飯 $168冇諗過上黎係紅色既,食唔出係咩染成紅色🙈 味道就唔錯,帶子都好多,係食到後面覺得有少少乾。玫瑰豆腐乳凍 $58忍唔住叫左個甜品,佢係panda cotta, 個質感有啲似百福豆腐花,加埋甜甜地既玫瑰醬又幾夾幾好食。💕

媽咪同爸爸去完M+博物館,我放工join佢哋去圓方食飯,知佢哋鐘意中式就擇呢間飲茶食點心🧆我哋叫咗三樣野😋🔸黑毛豬腸粉: 腸粉皮身煙煙韌韌口感!🔸菠蘿欖角骨: 每一件欖角骨都炸到脆口,咬嘅時候卡卡聲,散發出菠蘿甜味!🔸雲南黑菌手撕脆皮雞: 雞皮又薄又脆好好食,雞肉尚算嫰滑,每啖都帶有松露香味,表面放上黑松露更顯得矜貴!另外再叫2碗白飯share,埋單咁就6百幾蚊🫣 坦白講真係幾貴下,連我都覺得貴又何況平時去開茶樓嘅爸媽,當然呢個地段貴係好正常,唯有說服佢哋難得出嚟咩都試吓再加上對住黃昏景🌆歎茶一次半次貴啲啲無所謂啦🤭

提早兩星期預訂星期日,同一班好姐妹去聚會。圓方D1出口一出就到,十分方便(如果出柯士甸就會遠啲),坐位舒適,因為單叫一碟都比較貴,所以揀左食任食點心2hrs,點心都好好食,擺盤打卡都5錯最愛石榴甜品😚呢間最正係可以按人數落點心,自己中意叫一粒燒賣都ok,減少浪費服務都5錯,雖然太忙要耐心啲先叫到人,但都好nice

好耐無見朋友,約出黎見一見,朋友提議食呢間。入座90分鐘限時,而家咩餐廳都限時,其實市道都幾好呀。叫左6款,又真係幾特別。我地4個人,但好多野都3件/4件一碟,侍應主動問駛唔駛轉5件,細心位抵讚👍🏻茶位$25位2點鐘有自助餐或者散叫揀。我地係散叫,因為自助餐有啲野都唔包,散叫可以叫到自己想食既野👍🏻最好食係海膽春卷,由於太好食,再翻叫左一次🤭黑蒜燒賣都唔錯。啖啖小籠包有少少辣。蝦餃一般。去相
