近排想食中菜,都會諗到呢度,是其中一個好選擇。早雨星期有老友外地返嚟飯聚,一於幫襯下,坐得舒服,招呼到位。星期二晚都座無虛席,全靠老婆幫手訂枱,一早幫我預訂餸菜;預訂咗個冬瓜盅,清甜足料;火焰奄仔蟹鮮味多膏;脆皮雞嫩滑有雞甜味;白灼蝦新鮮彈牙;金沙四季豆鹹香惹味;椒鹽九肚魚嫩滑;豉油王炒麵冇得頂;仲叫咗兩碟菜。老友們十分欣賞,全枱疊疊清,而且價錢唔貴,絕對無投訴。原來其中一個老友都有同屋企人嚟午餐食點心,我下次都要試下。 continue reading

前幾日朋友提起這間飯店我很久也沒有去,今日便再去拜會一下,看看有沒有進步;舊年中去過,飯店不算大,中午冷清清得幾枱客,今非昔比,中午約12:15到,我們2人沒有訂位,只安排坐門口位置,歺牌比往年加左少少價,特價點心2人只可叫1款,以往可每款叫1️⃣籠;我們點了蝦餃、燒賣和鳳爪排骨煲仔飯,蝦餃一般、燒賣略遜,煲仔飯等咗接近一個鐘才上枱到,味道和溫度都可以、中規中矩,可惜不夠侍應,全場坐滿九成人,但得五個侍應,見到佢哋忙到甩轆,我要碟辣椒油都要叫2個5分鐘之前打服務員才記得俾,以這服務和食物質素,價錢算稍貴,埋單時個女侍應記得我們等咗個煲仔飯好耐,所以送糖水,都算體貼👍🏻 continue reading

雖然好友的正日還沒到,但我們昨晚先偷偷為她慶生。因為我們其中一位朋友以前來過多次,所以預先寫好了10人的菜單。説真的,這個餐廳出品真的很好。前菜金沙鮮魷和乾煸四季豆已經讓大家讚口不絕。第一道主菜是紅燒乳鴿,皮脆色美,肉質嫩滑多汁;第二道是過橋龍蝦脆米,作法特別,賣相誘人,蝦肉鮮味;第三道神秘清蒸靚海魚,不上桌還不知道是兩條野生花鷹,師傅功架夠,熟到僅僅離骨,食到尾朋友叫了一碗白飯,連魚頭都不放過。後面其它菜都很好,我就不多說啦! continue reading
