➡️香蒜大蝦伴有機茄蓉闊條麵:
呢個闊條麵幾好食,麵既質地係有啲彈牙既感覺,個茄蓉都幾fresh,我最鍾意係個蝦夠彈牙!(本人比較鍾意食蝦😂)

➡️燒牛腹排伴法式燒薯:
呢道菜看似簡簡單單,但食落我幾有驚喜。首先個牛煎到外面少少香脆既感覺(我叫左7成熟),食落口係好有牛味,好好食!
第二,個燒薯點埋個汁好食~
第三,係我覺得幾特別既地方,伴碟有啲豆,有部分係鮮綠色啲,有另一部分係燒過/煎過既,所以食落口係香啲~

個lunch set係包埋精選甜品 同埋 飲品既~
今日精選甜品係芒果芝士蛋糕

佢特別之處係有果肉喺中間~

餐廳環境好靚,可能疫情關係,枱都擺得疏既,所以坐得都好舒服~

如果想食西餐,或者搵個地方同朋友食個飯傾下偈,呢度都幾好~

我期待緊佢既新menu,下次再去試過~

順帶一提,呢度既服務係非常好,每上一個course都會考慮到食客可能會想落某啲調味料,然後問你需唔需要~

而且擺餐具for食唔同既course都講究!

龍蝦汁燴澳洲龍蝦球闊條麵,原隻龍蝦啖啖肉足料無偷食。大量紅黃波椒,椒味強烈在醬汁處散發出來。龍蝦汁龍蝦球濶條意粉,爽口闊條麵外觀及質地都非常獨特,還被濃稠由龍蝦膏打成的龍蝦汁包著,味濃誘惑。兩斤幾的大龍蝦,大大舊龍蝦肉,畫面十分震撼,齋睇都賞心悅目,蝦味強烈咸香輕飄,唔好客氣吉多兩舊。

巴馬火腿配無花果沙律 Parma Ham Figs Salad,清爽的火腿味道,跟鮮甜無花果及甘味火箭菜合拍,還有酸咪咪的沙律汁更添味。美式肉醬闊條麵 Fettuccine Flat Iron Bolognes,味道濃郁肉汁澎湃,讓闊條麵索盡肉汁捲起肉絲還有陣陣芝士,只有讚没有彈。

紅酒燴美國和牛肩意大利飯 Braised prime flat iron risotto,大啖大啖地塞,唔洗 3 分鐘完全消滅 ﹗味道似足紅酒炆牛尾加芝士,飯粒飽滿夠熟,不會生生脆脆,吸汁一流啖啖留香。

今日第一日試業我就去食咗個晏啦,好少見大埔有d裝修咁靚嘅西餐廳。叫咗兩個set lunch,set lunch 有頭盤或湯,主菜,甜品同咖啡或茶,睇個價錢好超值。頭盤我哋叫咗尼斯吞拿魚沙律,吞拿魚同菜都好新鮮,好好味。主菜就試咗燒牛腹排伴法式甜椒及薯蓉(午餐$108)同香煎石斑伴藜麥(午餐$76)。個牛好有牛味好嫰,d椒煮得啱啱好無炒過淋。好魚好有驚喜,煎得好香口,啱啱好。個藜麥做得好好,食落好清新。兩個main嘅presentation 都好靚。今日甜品係brownie不過我個人不太好,但都不過不失。呢間餐廳喺大埔算係一間幾唔錯嘅選擇,環境唔錯,坐得舒服,服務員態度仲非常好,一定有回頭。
