分子雪糕以前食過,但這間舖頭裝修幾得意,所以入去試下。佢地用液態氮製作gelato, 味道比普通雪糕香濃一,質感香滑,唔會有食完甜耶耶之感覺。松露朱古力和開心果味highly recommend ^^.另外其意式三文治都用料十足,值得一試! continue reading

一直覺得有些食物是永冇失拖的,例如雪糕,最多是不太好食,也未至於太難吃。但今天竟給我和家人,遇上全港至難食的檸檬味Gelato,初初見這兒出售不同的意大利進口朱古力甜點及餅乾,心想Gelato必有保證,便進內試試。怎料,就此中伏。Gelato是以重量計的,每100g $45,揀一種味,但可分兩小球上,主理人推介檸檬,便不妨一試。主理人在櫃枱後突噴出一大團白煙,原來這兒是用液化氮做Gelato的,不是傳統那種。放一小羹入口,感覺是幼滑,有人工檸檬味,但不消一會,苦味便湧出,為求肯定,再試一口,脷已有痲痺,家人也有同樣定論,便向主理人反映,也着她試味,她說没有問題,不就像細細個吃的像菠蘿味的雪糕囉!(即化學味啦!) 不要緊,我們放下未吃的90g雪糕便離開,隨即飛奔去斜對面的公利,用䉀汁浸脷,才有所舒緩! continue reading

是日食完dinner後, 發現灣仔內街有間裝修都幾唔錯既雪糕店...咁見個肚仲有空間, 就入去八下係食點既分子雪糕...咁佢既雪糕都唔算平, 價錢會食100g / 120g 黎計...當然佢地亦有做d special offer  for d普通口味...咁所以我就同朋友一齊試下佢coffee 味同開心果味既雪糕, 睇下佢有咩特別....咖啡口味 - 第一啖食落去, 同平時既雪糕已經好唔同, 佢唔夠creamy同滑, 好似食緊刨冰咁...而且冇甜味...好似飲緊好淡既咖啡...但完成冇咖啡既香...到開心果味, 都係出現同一個問題, 除左似刨冰, 佢仲帶有鹽味....加一dd怪怪地既味, 有d難形容...而且冇甜味, 而且連小小開心果味都冇...再者, 佢整既過程都起碼用左15-20mins...價錢又屬於中尚....咁我會覺得唔值呢個價...食物同人都係一樣, 就算門面幾靚都好, 無內涵都係冇用..都係一樣咁普通.... continue reading

Although the gelatos did not impress me, the bread and Piadinas fared better.Piadina or Piada is a thin Italian flatbread from the Romagna region which looks similar to a Roti. It is usually made with white flour, lard or olive oil, salt and water. 吃完拉麵, 總覺得要吃點甜的, 經過這家新店, 看見這裡賣的是nitrogen soy ice cream, 健康豆奶雪糕是也, 實在幾吸引, 好, 就來試試吧.這裡地方不太大, 但在兩邊還有堂食的位置, 真好, 天氣那麼熱, 最怕走在街上吃雪糕, 能夠在室內吃完雪糕才起行, 就不怕雪糕溶掉. 看看餐牌, 原來還有鹹食供應, 不過是日還是單單吃雪糕吧.Chocolate 巧克力 $39: 8.5分, nitrogen soy ice cream, 當然是即叫即做, 來到今時今日, 也有不少店子供應, 再不是甚麼新奇事.這客朱古力雪糕, 用上了La Perla的朱古力, 味道是幾濃烈的. 其實這款來自意大利的朱古力, 真的是相當不錯, 有興趣的朋友, 還可以在這裡選購呢.說回雪糕本身, 質感是幾香滑的, 不會太冰, 有豆奶的香味, 也實在是健康一點的選擇.Dolci Sogni這家新店子, 供應的nitrogen soy ice cream, 用上了La Perla的朱古力, 帶香滑的質感, 濃烈的朱古力味道, 實在消暑的好良伴. continue reading
