這間龍園小廚位於佐敦上海街,晚上八時多,條街沒有太多行人,見到這間吃中式小炒的餐廳,便去試試。我們二人叫了兩個小菜及一個湯,份量很足,吃得飽飽。招牌奇味雞煲($138/半隻)有上大量配料,如乾葱、蒜頭、莞茜、蔥加上秘製醬汁爆炒雞至八成熟,再放在客人枱煑至全熟,店員打開煲蓋,己聞到濃濃的香氣,如果想吃火鍋,更可另點配料。蜜汁蟮球($98)蟮球外脆內軟,蜜汁令蟮球帶出焦糖味,就連洋葱絲也很爽脆鮮甜。豆腐魚頭湯($68/半個)魚雲湯很足料又新鮮,奶白的魚湯底配合豆腐和小白菜,清淡一點但又不失鮮味。 continue reading

今年和老表一家一起攪團年飯,最頭痛就係㨂地方,我大佬話這間小廚有閣樓,可以開兩檯,自成一閣,當然是最好。我們點了:虫草花螺頭汤-其實用了雞+蟲草花+螺頭,所以湯好甜,可以飲得出係燉出來的,我連湯渣都吃埋😋蘇炸蚧柑-蝦膠不算彈牙,而蟹肉算多,最好味係酸甜汁,如果將蟹蚶放落酸甜汁,大大提升了味道。西兰花炒花枝贵花蚌-花枝是魷魚片,味道都算新鮮,貴花蚌好脆同爽口。上汤大虾伊面-蝦好爽口,伊麵吸收了蝦和上湯味是最好味的。👍清正海班-蒸得啱啱好,冇黐骨,有濃濃的魚味。當红炸子雞-皮炸得好脆,雞唔係新鮮的,所以雞味一般。羌冲炒肉蚧-味道炒得好香,可惜肉蟹太瘦同唔夠大,唉!有點失望😅油盐水大花甲-油鹽水味道0k,又係可惜花甲太細,冇乜肉食😱鱼汤支竹什菜-魚湯好好味👍支竹+什菜都係新鮮。海鲜炒飯-飯炒得干身,蝦+魷魚都好新鮮。估唔到它的辣椒油都好辣同好香。唯一缺點,上菜次序離晒,上完蝦伊麵就上湯,第三道菜係魚😅整體味道都算滿意,只是花甲、蟹比較細,每人消費$300。 continue reading

公司長輩退休,只訂一圍菜死黨幾晒出來,地點幾隔涉,去到係小廚一間,店家一樓仲有個廳房,可以放兩圍,上到廳幾骨子,一面牆放晒酒瓶,好靚仔,廳尾仲有小廚房,廁所一格好乾淨!好方便!而今晚只有我哋一枱,可以獨霸間房,正!人齊就上菜!龍園菜單:蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝王:帶子肉鮮厚肉,好多粉絲蒜茸!簡單好味!豉椒炒蟶子(一人一隻)醬汁好杰,蟶子爽口彈牙,豉椒味濃!好香口!芝士龍蝦伊面:芝士醬好杰,雖然滑芝士味唔濃!伊麵比較淋,易斷!龍蝦唔算肥美,肉唔算多!清蒸海魚:魚大條,我食背,味鮮嫩滑!好味足料燉湯:原隻雞燉湯,足料清澈好味!當紅炸子雞:炸得靚,外脆肉嫩,我食胸都嫩!蜜汁薯角牛柳粒:蜜汁好杰身,包裹晒啲肉粒同薯仔粒,薯仔淋身,外面炸過脆口,肉粒就食唔到肉味,因為已比蜜汁蓋住!整體好味清炒菜心苗西蘭花:熱辣辣,菜心同西蘭花爽口鮮嫩!清爽好味!椒鹽鮑魚仔:賣相好靚,炸漿薄脆,鮑魚切件,肉質彈牙,避風塘式蒜香好味!比清蒸更合我口味辣酒煮花螺:好大一窩,比埋竹籤挑出來,其實只有微辣,螺肉彈牙!炆得入味!潮州蠔仔粥:因為其他餸仲食緊,個粥變了湯飯,味道唔會味精,湯底清甜,好足料,蠔仔唔大隻,不過有啲仲有蠔殻,飯粒開花!香口好味!食物好味,地方又舒服,不過店員間溝通比較混亂,同事訂時有清炒菜心,但遲遲未見,問店員回應話查過無,最後老板睇返whatapps話照炒比我哋,仲加啲西蘭花,除呢樣外,服務幾好!我哋自攜嘅酒水都比冰塊冰桶!好適合大伙人聚餐 continue reading
