有一個鍾意食嘢嘅朋友真係好幸福,因為佢會成日帶我去唔同嘅餐廳,今次呢間餐廳,雖然喺銅鑼灣,不過近橋底附近嘅樓上餐廳,本身對佢冇乜期望,點知原來貌似舊樓,但一打開電梯已經閃閃發光,再入到餐廳,不論環境服務同食物都令我好有驚喜。晚餐每個人價錢九百幾蚊,頭盤我哋每人嗌咗一款,有吞拿魚刺身Tata醬,同埋燒鵪鶉,一上枱見到賣相非常精緻,吞拿魚配上海膽醬,放喺精緻嘅木盒上邊,除咗味道好好,放上網打卡一流。再來一碗蘑菇湯,極度香濃,每一啖都食到蘑菇粹,好香滑,超級好喝。另外燒長腳蟹上面有鹹蛋黃一齊燒,有2個層次味道,好好味!朋友叫嘅鵝肝,雖然我唔食,不過見到賣相好靚,而且煎得好香。然後主菜,我自己點左澳洲和牛面頰,入口即溶嘅感覺真係好正,最鍾意佢配上大量嘅蔬菜,令到就算食完成個主菜,都唔會有好溜嘅感覺。朋友叫咗m9和牛肉眼扒,朋友高度讚賞,佢話如果呢塊扒喺酒店度食,淨係呢塊扒都差唔多一千蚊,所以大家都覺得真係性價比高。最後甜品我點左粟子蓉甜品,唔會太甜,但食到好香嘅栗子味,連粒榛子朱古力都係脆卜卜,超級好味,真係多謝朋友介紹又食到一餐好好味嘅晚餐。 continue reading

家姐生日諗咗好多地方同佢去邊度食飯慶祝,無意中比我喺網上發現到呢間餐廳,可以食fine dining,但價錢唔算非常貴,慢慢坐足全晚,埋單$2000有找,作為慶祝生日,我覺得可以推介俾大家。餐廳好隱蔽,但裝修好舒服,待應服務態度更加要大讚,dinner set比較其他fine dining餐廳,真係勁多嘢食,前菜除咗有面包,前菜仲有燒鵪鶉,同刺身海膽杯,餐湯有龍蝦湯同磨菇湯,都非常濃厚,好creamy真心好味。主菜上之前都仲有一道菜,長腳蟹同鵝肝都係我最愛,太開心啦。鵝肝好香,蟹腳啖啖肉,每啖都食得出幸福呢🥰 之後用檸檬雪芭清清口腔,終於來到主菜啦。主菜rib eye ,份量好大塊,我叫五成熟,真係剛剛好,好有肉味。和牛面額炆得好淋,味道好濃郁,超級好味。最後來個甜品,餐廳真係非常細心,知道家姐生日特登寫左個happy birthday 字,仲幫我地影即影即有,最後再飲埋杯花茶,真係非常滿足,飽到上心口,最緊要家姐都好滿意,生日快樂呀。 continue reading

今日去咗一間fine dining 餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅Deluxe Tasting Menu $928。餐單入面嘅菜式精緻有心思。首先,日本鰤魚他他配上海膽布丁同青瓜脆片。鰤魚新鮮嫩滑,配上海膽布丁嘅濃郁口感,再加上脆脆嘅青瓜片,味道鮮美又豐富。之後嘅法式龍蝦湯,湯底濃郁而且滑口有龍蝦鮮味。接著係香煎鵝肝配紅酒燴紅蔥頭。鵝肝煎得恰到好處,外脆內軟,搭配紅酒燴紅蔥頭,帶出鵝肝嘅豐富風味,味道醇厚。中間有果味雪葩,真係適合用嚟清爽口腔。果味清甜,口感冰涼,令人感到舒爽。然後,嚐到澳洲M9和牛肉眼扒,充滿牛香。甜品之前就有玫瑰花茶,喝落香氣濃郁,清香怡人。最後,Petit Four令我印象深刻。佢哋有馬卡龍、朱古力和蝴蝶酥,每一款都精緻可口,完美嘅結尾。另外,甜品方面有朱古力慕斯,濃郁嘅朱古力味道令人回味無窮。 continue reading

前日同朋友去咗銅鑼灣食 E Molto Buono,餐廳環境優雅,食物都一流,而且非常近地鐵站。餐廳提供$928的set,總共有五道courses。首先,餐廳會送上一個麵包小藍子,裏面分別有香草麵包和芝士片,兩款保溫得非常好,再再配上自家製的辣肉腸南瓜醬或香草茄子醬,味道更加昇華。STARTER日本鰤魚他他,海膽布丁配青瓜脆片鰤魚味道鮮甜,配上底下濃郁嘅海膽布丁及表面上的魚子,味道上十分豐富。青瓜脆片十分爽口,令口感更加豐富。SOUP香濃雜菌忌廉湯忌廉味很濃郁,而且散發菇的香氣,每一啖都係充滿蘑菇,好足料。ENTREE香煎鵝肝配紅酒燴紅蔥頭鵝肝表面煎得很香脆,而且非常肥美,充滿油香,入口即化。配上脆脆的多士,再加上甜甜的紅酒汁解掉鵝肝油膩感,味道配搭一流。紅蔥頭吸收了紅酒汁的味道,酸酸甜甜很解膩。果味雪葩餐廳在MAIN前提供雪葩,讓客人清新一下口腔的味道。荔枝味雪葩味道好清新,又做到令口腔清新的感覺。MAIN澳洲M9和牛肉眼扒肉眼扒我哋揀咗三成熟,切開後顏色很粉嫩,熟度剛剛好。肉眼扒牛味濃郁,有淡淡的香味,而且充滿肉汁,非常Juicy,亦可以沾上旁邊的玫瑰鹽,令到味道更加昇華。旁邊亦有些配菜,味道很不錯。DESSERT 甜品每日都唔同,我哋嗰日兩款,分別係栗子並肩同埋朱古力mouse。栗子並肩有好多栗子粒,而且cream嘅栗子味非常濃郁,配上底下嘅淡淡的牛奶布甸,味道很平衡,非常好。除此之外,還有榛子朱古力,熱情果朱古力及伯爵茶馬卡龍。店員亦提供茉莉花茶,花茶香氣十足,有解膩的作用。Signature CocktailApple Martini $98味道上不會太甜,有少少檸檬汁嘅酸味,酒味比較重,味道很清新。 continue reading
