Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 約了幾個朋友放工去觀塘食飯,朋友想食日本嘢,於是就揀咗呢間居酒屋,之前已經試過幾次lunch唔錯,今次就試吓嚟食晚飯。佢嘅環境裝修幾適合約埋朋友/同事嚟飯聚。神龍純米大吟釀奈良出產嘅清酒,味道濃厚偏甜,易入口,有果香,特別欣賞佢個清酒壺,將清酒和冰分隔開,維持酒的冰涼溫度同時亦不失酒的濃味。一味三吃:時令刺身、鐵板燒、魚湯今次有幸叫到平時喺日式居酒屋好少機會食到嘅一種赤石斑魚,叫赤羽太,肉質比較結實,屬味道清淡嘅白肉魚。刺身配以特別調製過的酸汁,更加帶出魚的鮮味;魚的其中一部份以鐵板燒形式煎成香口的魚扒,魚皮煎得十分香脆;之後剩低魚的部位將之製成魚湯,飲落陣陣濃郁的魚香味 好好飲廚師推介十貫廚師精選10款魚生製成壽司,最喜歡牡丹蝦同帆立貝,整體魚生都好新鮮芝士白飯魚燒白飯魚加上芝士同粟米製作而成嘅下酒好物,食落香脆可口,好啱配清酒柚子風味牛油煮蜆大大粒的蜆肉可以柚子鹽、雜菌加牛油製成,如果調味輕手一點會更好招牌菜 一杯關西燒嚟到梗係要試佢個招牌菜關西燒,大大份關西燒包咗好多牛筋同椰菜,配料落得一啲都唔手軟蟹肉忌廉食落好似迷你可樂餅,炸到丸子形狀,熱辣辣份量剛好 不會很漏這間十幾年在APM屹立不倒的餐廳,相信佢有一定質素先可以維持到依家,如果下次要喺觀塘搵日本菜,呢間會係我心水之一 continue reading
