乾炒豬扒公仔麵 $50 - 認真鑊氣十足一上枱就聞到好香,好怕平時出去食嘢會太咸,但呢到炒得好香之餘,味道亦都岩岩好,夠味而且唔會太咸,岩哂我口味,豬扒亦都唔會乾爭爭,讚!!

這間在元朗開張不久的享樂茶餐廳,外面門面寬敞而且內裏裝修企理、地方整潔,卡座闊落坐得舒服,還設有圓枱、適合三五知己,或者假日一家大小來聚餐。餐廳店外設有雅座適合帶有寵物人士選擇。原條脆脆炸魚(配炒滑蛋、茄汁豆、花生醬厚多士),加$10還可以選配火腿通粉或者雪菜肉絲米粉。原條鯰魚柳炸至金黃色,雖然外面炸到鬆脆但內裡保持嫩滑,點些千島醬來吃。滑蛋加茄汁豆都是我最喜歡的。菜遠肉片炒河肉片出奇地炒到嫩滑入味不會過老,菜心爽甜,河粉炒到分明不會黏在一起,而且吃得出很夠鑊氣。茶餐廳必點西多士加紅豆冰西多士裡面塗上粗粒花生醬,炸出來金黃色、加上糖漿和牛油每一啖都很有咬口。

厚厚的多士經過煎炸,外層金黃酥脆,內裡鬆軟濕潤,淋上豐富蜂蜜,甜而不膩每一啖都係香脆鬆軟嘅麵包同香甜嘅蜂蜜中間仲有一層火腿食落去非常香口。
