星期六和老公到中環Espuma吃晚餐。黑毛豬火腿茄子卷,辣紅椒汁這個組合十分罕見,茄子切成薄片捲着材料,辣紅椒汁很重中東風味,很惹味。蒜片炒虎蝦伴辣味香草虎蝦有四大隻,新鮮彈牙,味道微辣。香煎鵝肝伴焦糖洋蔥醬,丹麥多士及糖漬橙肉鵝肝肥美,煎得十分香口,配上很脆的多士,非常美味。爐燒原條龍脷魚配香草檸檬青檸橄欖油汁龍脷魚肉嫩滑,不算有很多魚骨,檸檬味突出,吃起來很清新的味道。柚子芒果布甸窩夫 (配棉花糖及雪糕) 上枱時十分震撼,有個巨型的棉花糖,充滿童年回憶。每件窩夫上面都鋪了幼滑的忌廉和柚子,中間有一個柚子芒果布甸,四周鋪滿不同種類的水果,還有一球合桃雪糕,不但賣相十分精緻和吸引,味道也很可口,打卡一流。

好少去樓上Cafe,呢間舖頭係M88租咗一個樓層,地方都幾大,餐廳嘅陳設比較適合gathering或者一家大細。地方好寬敞同乾淨,食物嘅種類都係西式,無論晚餐或午餐都會有套餐,而且提供酒類服務,可以同朋友一齊小酌一杯。窗外可以望到禮賓府同半山景色。今次同朋友一齊嗌咗一個套餐,原本以為頭盤係三項揀一款,點知原來三個小食都有,最鍾意佢哋嘅黑松露芝士多士,如果主菜怕會食得太油,都有一份沙律解油,仲會包一杯飲品。

放工來了中環M88的Espuma吃晚餐!這間餐廳是吃西班牙菜的,所以當然要叫tapas! 點了個西班牙辣肉腸蕃茄煮蜆,蜆算滿大隻的,也很鮮甜。另外一個是蒜片炒虎蝦伴辣味香草,虎蝦有4隻,煮得很入味,不過怕辣的人就可能會覺得比較辣了。朋友喜歡香口野,所以再點了一個炸唐揚池魚仔,果然非常脆口,喜歡炸物的人不要錯過!主菜方面點了一個炭燒加拿大天然豬鞍,豬胺挺厚挺大一塊的,如果一人一份主菜的話,點這個再加一個tapas跟朋友兩個人分享可能對女生來說已經會很飽了。豬鞍調味不錯,再配有兩種醬汁,白色的醬比較厚身,有一點蒜頭的味道,另外淺啡色的醬汁就像是比較watery的燒汁。另外還點了一個甜品,大多的甜品都是窩夫,點了一個朱古力味的。因為菜單上圖片沒顯示,所以上菜時非常驚訝!原來窩夫上面還跟了一個很大、非常打卡able的棉花糖!除了外觀很吸引,內裏也是真材實料,即點即做的四小塊窩夫熱辣辣非常香,還配有一球movenpick的朱古力雪糕,窩夫底下還有一些海綿蛋糕塊,配上旁邊的oreo餅乾、brownie粒以及朱古力醬,多種朱古力口味與質地混合,非常邪惡但非常滿足!那個棉花糖的棒子也是手指餅乾,是能吃

主菜方面點了一個炭燒加拿大天然豬鞍,豬胺挺厚挺大一塊的,如果一人一份主菜的話,點這個再加一個tapas跟朋友兩個人分享可能對女生來說已經會很飽了。豬鞍調味不錯,再配有兩種醬汁,白色的醬比較厚身,有一點蒜頭的味道,另外淺啡色的醬汁就像是比較watery的燒汁。

另外還點了一個甜品,大多的甜品都是窩夫,點了一個朱古力味的。

因為菜單上圖片沒顯示,所以上菜時非常驚訝!原來窩夫上面還跟了一個很大、非常打卡able的棉花糖!

除了外觀很吸引,內裏也是真材實料,即點即做的四小塊窩夫熱辣辣非常香,還配有一球movenpick的朱古力雪糕,窩夫底下還有一些海綿蛋糕塊,配上旁邊的oreo餅乾、brownie粒以及朱古力醬,多種朱古力口味與質地混合,非常邪惡但非常滿足!那個棉花糖的棒子也是手指餅乾,是能吃的!只是$129﹐以中環的餐廳來說非常意想不到,十分抵食,絕對推介!

整體餐廳的食物質素不錯,特別是甜品讓我很有驚喜,會想試一試其他的味道的窩夫,比較有一個是泰式奶茶味道也挺吸引的。

加上餐廳環境很好,有點情調,落地玻璃能夠看到街景,女生來打卡或是情人來拍拖都合適!
