咁岩今日經過,上網睇到話好平,性價比高!諗住試一試,去到吾洗等位,可直入,還有很多吉枱坐,但係唔知點解要同人搭枱😑😑都無問題!坐底左,某些灰色背心的人就來推銷買蘿蔔糕卷,因為我地吾係住係附近,所以吾買,某人即黑面走了!也算了,和其他職員說飲什麼茶之類,也沒有反應,可能因為沒有幫襯佢地買卷原因,也算了,和一位姐姐,同佢講,唔該要普洱茶,姐姐好冇禮貌地講,搵其他人啦我食飯啦,咁就走咗😑😑終於搵到人同我哋沖茶,但係沖到過嚟啲茶,直頭係黑色🤨🤨刀算了!薄撐,牛肉,桂花糕,排骨飯係好平,味道算正常,但佢個蘿蔔糕有浸油益味,應該係用千年油煎出來,老人家諗住食得吾好浪費,食左一件,食完後悔了,立即去廁所拉💩,瀉了兩次!真的冇下次了!俾錢買難受! continue reading

家母話有朋友介紹呢間,因為平,又唔使搭lift,所以試吓。1.一入到去,覺得有啲熱,以為自己行得急,抖下冇事,點知一路食嘢,一路流汗,最後忍唔住要撥扇,冇誇張,我係熱到成身汗🥵,急急腳食完走。2.人手不足扣分🫣 。開茶、遞點心紙都要不斷舉高手先有人理。3.嘢食方面,叫左蝦餃、蘿蔔糕、粟米魚肚粥、鹹水角。但味道好一般。😓4.唯一值得讚,係價錢實惠(星期日早市)+易有位,不過基於以上原因,應該都唔會再幫襯。😑 continue reading

呢間酒樓真係好垃圾 D野超級難食 我都未食過咁難食的龍蝦伊面 可以個伊面係overcooked爛晒夾唔起 紅燒乳鴿又係無乜技巧可言 佢可以炸到出血水 叫左個煎蓮藕餅 入面係全部鯪魚肉 無蓮藕; 蒸條魚又蒸唔熟 上菜又亂咁上竟然係BB旁邊上菜話佢又話張枱無位上菜仲有好多其他難食餸菜真係不能盡錄樓面服務態度好差 無人理仲要叫佢上碗白飯都上左15分鐘BB係咁喊話要食飯飯真係俾佢激死呀總之呢間垃圾酒樓一定一定要blacklist 永不幫襯 continue reading

食海鮮呢幾年都係鍾意自己去街巿揀好,再去相熟來料加工餐廳酒樓做。好多地方都去過但就係未去過楊屋道街市買,因為不熟悉附近可加工的食肆。今次有幸朋友有相熟做廚房就係街巿附近,一於約埋三五知己去試試。上網先做功課,楊屋道街市魚舖可謂臥虎藏龍,格好晒格同心水目標先出發就可以減少跌錢機會。今次買料用了約$1700,加工費用連小菜酒水加一$2100共$3800(仲有房)。8個大人1個小朋友食完仲打包3大袋走人。估唔到傳統酒樓都做到咁優質來料加工,菜式用心又不馬虎而且性價比超高,買料貴平豐儉由人。遇到良心食肆真的又是出路遇貴人,希望係呢個夜市艱難時期佢哋可以支持到落去💪💪💪 continue reading
