跟同事突然想吃中菜,就去了日喜樓試試~這樓裝備美觀,地方闊落,坐得挺舒服~午餐有午餐的菜單~我覺得都幾抵吃! 我和同學分別叫了油林雞四川擔擔麵($88)& XO醬鮮菌海三鮮配上海菜飯($138)~ 另外還加了小籠包!午餐還配上點心&飲料!木耳很爽口開胃~ 雪吞也很好吃!飲品我選了玫瑰蜂蜜茶~好香的玫塊味,配上蜂蜜甜而不膩!小籠湯包熱騰騰的!很多湯汁!超好吃!油林雞配四川擔擔麵~擔擔麵如果再多一點點花生醬就完美了~而油林雞口感嫩滑~ XO醬鮮菌海三鮮的三鮮是魚,帶子&蝦~蝦&有子都很大一顆,口感彈牙~菜飯的那個菜是咸咸的,拌著飯一起吃很香,很好配飯!2個人吃了這麼多都不用$300 塊真的很抵食!以後跟同事又多了一個吃午飯的好地方!

XO醬鮮菌海三鮮的三鮮是魚,帶子&蝦~
蝦&有子都很大一顆,口感彈牙~
菜飯的那個菜是咸咸的,拌著飯一起吃很香,很好配飯!

2個人吃了這麼多都不用$300 塊真的很抵食!
以後跟同事又多了一個吃午飯的好地方!

雖然位於銅鑼灣VPoint地底,但平日夜晚去,依然接近全場滿座,很受歡迎呢~先開壼鐵觀音,茶味很清香,不錯喝呢~涼拌貓耳朵,調味與我預期的有少許偏差,它是偏向蒜味,雖然味道也不錯,但我較喜歡醋味重的!現在是蟹粉的季節,所以他們有不少蟹粉的菜式,我們就叫了一份蟹粉小籠包, 入面的蟹粉分量頗多,而且不會腥,可以一試!雖然已經叫了一份蟹粉小籠包,但兩隻小籠包,怎麼夠? 所以再叫了一籠招牌的灌湯小籠包~一客4隻,每隻都漲卜卜,充滿肉汁,很美味。乾燒蝦球配鍋巴底, 這個必點呀!鍋巴本身有加入鹹蛋黃,又脆又香口,單吃已經很美味,再加上乾燒蝦球,味道更加豐富! 蝦球很大隻,而且很新鮮,醬汁味道也是一流,整體都很推介!黃金姜米鱈魚粒炒飯,上菜時還以為來錯了,因為肉眼看不見有鱈魚粒,但又的確聞到有魚味,原來鱈魚是切絲混合了在炒飯入面,炒飯粒粒分明,但又不會油膩,水準很高。爆汁牛肉陷餅~ 表皮炸得酥脆,牛肉餡調味剛好,不錯吃。最後,再來一份擂沙湯丸作結! 上枱時還是熱辣辣的,入面的芝麻餡沙沙的,很香濃,很美味!

乾燒蝦球配鍋巴底, 這個必點呀!

鍋巴本身有加入鹹蛋黃,又脆又香口,單吃已經很美味,再加上乾燒蝦球,味道更加豐富! 蝦球很大隻,而且很新鮮,醬汁味道也是一流,整體都很推介!

黃金姜米鱈魚粒炒飯,上菜時還以為來錯了,因為肉眼看不見有鱈魚粒,但又的確聞到有魚味,原來鱈魚是切絲混合了在炒飯入面,炒飯粒粒分明,但又不會油膩,水準很高。
