下午茶時間經過睇下menu見到好多選擇就入咗去,佢有得AB兩邊揀,每邊揀一樣自由配搭。我揀咗漢堡包同薯條配黑松露醬,經典配搭。薯條好好食,好脆,配合個醬好好食。漢堡個蛋係流心蛋,超正! 好抵食!

弟今晚回家吃飯,我在852工房買了一人大閘餐回家加菜。沒想到這一人餐這麼多菜,前菜是酒味滿瀉的醉雞兩件,主菜有大閘蟹2隻,一碟蔥油雞,一碟蟹肉炒飯,甜品一碗湯丸,飲品一杯薑茶。這麼多食物,才$160多。大閘蟹不算大,但蟹膏挺香。雖然我喜歡吃大閘蟹,但很懶拆蟹,所以2隻便夠了,吃太多,好吃也變普通,沒有留戀。比起以前只愛吃膏,現在更喜歡中間帶膏的肉,一梳梳的鮮甜蟹肉沾上蟹黃蟹味更濃,用蟹腳尖戳出蟹鉗中的肉來吃很滿足。有些人吃大閘蟹只吃蟹黃,以為大閘蟹無肉吃,其實中間的肉也不少,吃盡每絲肉要很耐心地拆,人們大概懶得拆而錯過美味的蟹肉吧?蔥油雞的蔥很入味,雞肉嫩,家人吃光了。蟹肉炒飯的蟹肉不多,薑味比較突出,我喜吃薑炒飯所以也吃光了。湯丸跟薑茶味道一般,好處是不太甜,合我口味。這個一人餐算抵食,不過等外賣時看堂食只有兩枱,如果你想吃大閘蟹又不想吃太多,這個餐值得一試。

蔥油雞的蔥很入味,雞肉嫩,家人吃光了。

蟹肉炒飯的蟹肉不多,薑味比較突出,我喜吃薑炒飯所以也吃光了。

湯丸跟薑茶味道一般,好處是不太甜,合我口味。

這個一人餐算抵食,不過等外賣時看堂食只有兩枱,如果你想吃大閘蟹又不想吃太多,這個餐值得一試。

1月11日揾食肥華和靚媽,在此店各自點了一個飯餐,做午饍,肥華柯打嗰個,葱油手撕雞飯,味道平平,䓤油又少,手撕雞肉冇雞味又唔夠滑,成碗飯最正,就係個飯底,軟硬適中,口感甚佳,加埋跟餐個杯,凍檸茶,水準俗,再用價錢衡量,呢個䓤油手撕雞飯連凍飲餐,肥華俾C+評分佢。至於靚媽點嗰個,炸吉列魚柳飯,整體甚好,飯底固然係好,再配上一個非常出色嘅,黑椒汁,和一塊熱辣辣嘅炸吉列魚柳,加一杯熱飲,呢個飯餐,靚媽,肥華都話正,有B+評語,此店行過路過,可以一試

想當年,起碼四十年前,係香港要在蟹季食大閘蟹,必定要在上海館子,才有這款食品供應,但若干年後,就進展到普通粵菜酒楼及火煱放題店,都可以食到大閘蟹,10月28日揾食肥華和靚媽,路過呢間茶餐廳格局的食店門前,發覺此店竟有大閘蟹套餐供應,而且價錢相宜,壹個有前菜,主食,炒時蔬及兩碗炒飯,兩杯薑茶,兩碗湯丸,,公乸各二之四隻大閘蟹,呢個二人前餐,都唔使三佰蚊,肥華和靚媽即時,入此店柯打呢個大閘蟹餐,以咁嘅價錢呢個餐嘅食物質量都冇乜得點彈,可能係小食多滋味關係,肥華覺得今晚食到嘅,兩隻大閘蟹,質素更勝任食個種大閘蟹,此店值得一試👍👍👍

前身好似叫彩虹冰室,幾十年老舖,入面好殘舊,雖然好似話好食但一直唔想去試一。。。直到同舖位開咗呢間,裝修光猛整齊,望入去再唔係得啲亞叔响入面,就想去試。上個月試咗佢早餐,早餐正常選擇,沙嗲公仔麵做得幾好,我鍾意食佢個湯,而且面包鬆軟新鮮,又坐得舒服,都比附近的好。今日又要在附近做嘢,就去試埋個午餐。餐牌有碟頭飯,炒飯同焗嘢食,款式唔多得嚟樣樣有啲。一行三人因有人唔餓,就叫咗叉燒蛋飯,海鮮炒飯同三明治。點知上枱兩碟飯啲油多到浸過啲飯,根本食唔入口。另外三明治冇餐唔緊要但用餐嘅嘅價錢收28蚊雙拼,散叫响新蒲崗有點貴了。。。

新蒲崗嘅八伍貳工房係牛頭角八拾壹工房嘅姐妹店,以前喺觀塘返工嘅時候,間中都會幫襯後者,無他,主要貪佢平,靚,正,又夠快。由於新蒲崗屬於老區,所以八伍貳工房走嘅明顯係街坊小店嘅路線,午餐連飲品,四,五十蚊就有交易,可算經濟實惠。不過雖然價錢平,但唔代表質素差,好似幫襯當日我叫嘅娘惹咖哩牛筋腩飯,份量頗多,牛腩同牛筋都炆得夠腍夠入味,另外仲有唔少紅蘿蔔同薯仔,好豐富,撈埋咖哩汁同白飯一齊食,真心唔錯。

見到舊址開左新餐廳,就進入試試他們的早餐。店內全新裝修,裝修簡潔,有獅子山的裝飾,播著viu tv的節目。叫了個沙牛米,炒蛋薑牛面,黑松露炒蛋配雞扒加7蚊可加麥皮,再加7蚊又可加通粉整體都不錯,可以叫街坊試下。

今日去搵男朋友食晏,見某餐廳都有宣傳過呢間新店,所以嚟試下。可能係試業期間,入到去冇乜人。好在播正viutv,有波睇住送飯LOL因為見係冰室,初初預都係普通茶記嘢食。不過睇完個餐牌都有啲驚喜,款式叫比較新同多。我地一開始嗌左個卡邦尼烏冬 同埋 牛脷焗飯,但可惜呢兩樣都冇於是後來改左做咖喱牛筋腩飯 同 香蔥醬油豬軟骨撈丁。講下個咖喱飯先︰因為未撈勻,就睇落比較多油。但值得一讚嘅係 食到好香嘅椰香味,同埋薯仔切得偏細,變相放得多左牛筋腩。可以改善嘅係...加返啲辣度,呢種偏向係甜咖喱。跟住係我嘅豬軟骨撈丁︰香蔥醬油味 值得推介以為係好似燒味舖嗰種,不過食落冇嗰種好鹹好油嘅感覺,同埋蔥都算新鮮唔係比油浸左好耐嘅質地。豬軟骨就差啲,因為偏鹹同韌,下次可能叫其他。飲品嗌左熱杏霜︰中規中矩,淡淡地。好就好在唔係多到一舊粉「鯨」喺底,一杯乾完整體嚟講就一般,期待下次食到個卡邦尼烏冬。
