是日去完Tony Wong同曲奇四重奏朝聖後,去咗隔離輝哥火鍋食晚飯,雖然星期六晚,但全店未滿座,還有三數張檯吉出嚟,大家認為時間尚早,所以未有太多人幫趁。食過好味回家想寫一寫食評,被近四十個喊面嚇倒了,真的是那麼差嗎?以是晚食物及服務質素來說,倒不是。 座下order火鍋配料,主打是牛肉,點了一客大鮮肥牛,要了一半肥及一半瘦,牛味超濃,大家讚不絕口,再點了一客雪花肥牛粒,仍然後出色,牛肉唔會起「渣」牛味真的很濃,大家拎起個餐牌,覺得其他食物冇特色,加上此店偏貴,不如再度encore一碟大鮮肥牛,是日大家用牛肉填飽肚皮了。 continue reading

其實朋友成日話輝哥火鍋好好食,但擔心好貴,所以一直無去,但今次好想食打邊爐,貴都去喇!兩個人去食,叫了肥牛、四寶丸及鮮原隻帶子(由店員推介)、黑柏葉併鵝腸、菜,湯底為紫菜湯。我個人就最鍾意肥牛、蝦丸、牛丸及湯底,肥牛超鬆軟。我朋友就話墨魚丸最好食。原隻帶子一定要切片,我地要左原隻,熟後變得好硬,$38一隻,浪費了。用東亞信用卡有88折,記得要自己開聲問,店員不會主動問你有冇卡。兩個人食有折都要$600,貴係貴少少,但都可以試一次,但我朋友話個價錢俾以前平左,以前兩個人食好似要成千落樓。 continue reading

只係去過輝哥火鍋一次, 打死都唔會再幫襯.本來價錢貴唔係大問題, 最緊要值得同好味但係佢食物質素一般, 份量超少, 擺明當我哋係水魚.牛肉賣百幾蚊碟, 份量勁少, 完全唔夠攝牙la, 也不覺得特別好味.四寶丸同涷肉鋪冇分別, 得個貴字唐生菜又係細細份, 價錢都要幾十蚊, 好唔怟價錢咁貴但份量咁少, 真係冇興趣再叫其他嘢食, 求其食埋枱面d嘢就算兩個人食近四百蚊, 都唔知食咗乜, 返到屋企仲要煮出前一丁埴肚 最近經過輝哥火煱, 發現佢人客少咗好多, 好多時得嗰兩枱有人 (唔佑係咪因為閒日)唔該呀輝哥檢討吓啦, 唔係一味靠明星效應就有生意! continue reading
