To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日試吓小西灣藍灣廣場大快活藍灣大快活早餐,那兩條牛肉腸粉(見附圖)😣與雪條一樣咁堅硬😆。食落口好似食緊塑膠一樣。都未食過咁難食嘅腸粉。原則上應該唔可以叫做腸粉。食緊塑膠物料一樣。大快活啲食品質素真係越嚟越差。👎🏻👎🏻前兩日吃了另一個早餐,要求滑蛋要更改為「熟炒蛋」,但分店的廚房每次都「將滑蛋反轉擺放扮熟炒蛋」(見附圖),今次已經是第三次,客人不吃滑蛋,主要原因是因為怕吃半生熟雞蛋,會感染感染沙門氏桿菌。但每次本人order 「熟炒蛋」,但此店的廚房為了方便自己,行為實在不老實,「將滑蛋反轉擺放扮熟炒蛋」。👎🏻👎🏻

呢間喺我公司附近既大快活我都經常食,一來因為位置方便,二來佢少鹽少糖,符合我健康飲食既需求,始終肚腩太大有礙觀瞻嘛介紹返今次食既菠蘿咕嚕肉套餐先,整體黎講係水準以上,成碟菜最緊要既係個醬汁,要夠酸酸甜甜先會開胃,呢方面佢做得好唔錯,我食到停唔到口,咕嚕肉都好入味,唯一係份量少左啲啲,如果係胃口大既朋友可能會食唔飽,我就剛剛好七成飽

試紅米飯餐雞胸有汁,不乾。微煎適合減肥人士。叫了少飯,仍然很大碗。我是吃得下但因不合餐單標準,我放棄了。沒想到會有汁,是蘑菇汁。減肥人士不宜吃太多汁,所以我試了味就沒有再吃

平時都有去食大快活,不過就多數是去食早餐或是下午茶,午餐時間過來倒是比較少。午市是上午11點半開始,但原來不是全部在午市會供應的餐點會同一時間供應。因為我之前在網上看到午市有煲仔飯想吃,但最後聽到店員話煲仔飯不出住要等等就只能放棄 ... 最後見別桌的在吃燒鴨好似幾吸引,又見自己好耐沒吃過就點了 - 燒味雙拼瀨粉 ($43) + 熱奶茶 ($7),加熱飲品要$7在快餐店來說有點少貴吧?不過個人覺得大快活的奶茶是幾好飲,香滑得來有微微的茶澀,不加糖也可以入口。燒鴨的肉質較為厚身,會有少許的肉羶味。另外叉燒雖然不是蜜汁那種吃落帶甜味,但口感軟嫩還是不錯。不太喜歡瀨粉
