To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時唔知食咩好,都會揀大快活,食返個下午茶,貪佢抵食,食物質素又唔錯~呢日又去食下午茶,我叫咗個雪菜肉絲米粉、熱狗同埋熱奶茶。雪菜肉絲米粉嘅米粉入口順滑得嚟又有啲韌度。雪菜咸香開胃👍🏻我特別鍾意食佢個熱狗,熱狗嘅麵包烘得金黃酥脆,入面嘅腸仔咬落脆口,再夾埋清爽嘅生菜同埋甜甜嘅沙律醬,口感有層次。奶茶亦都幾滑幾香~入口溫暖又順口,幾啱下午茶飲番杯👍🏻最緊要係呢個下午茶套餐價錢唔貴,份量又啱啱好,性價比高!

今日試吓小西灣藍灣廣場大快活藍灣大快活早餐,那兩條牛肉腸粉(見附圖)😣與雪條一樣咁堅硬😆。食落口好似食緊塑膠一樣。都未食過咁難食嘅腸粉。原則上應該唔可以叫做腸粉。食緊塑膠物料一樣。大快活啲食品質素真係越嚟越差。👎🏻👎🏻前兩日吃了另一個早餐,要求滑蛋要更改為「熟炒蛋」,但分店的廚房每次都「將滑蛋反轉擺放扮熟炒蛋」(見附圖),今次已經是第三次,客人不吃滑蛋,主要原因是因為怕吃半生熟雞蛋,會感染感染沙門氏桿菌。但每次本人order 「熟炒蛋」,但此店的廚房為了方便自己,行為實在不老實,「將滑蛋反轉擺放扮熟炒蛋」。👎🏻👎🏻

呢間喺我公司附近既大快活我都經常食,一來因為位置方便,二來佢少鹽少糖,符合我健康飲食既需求,始終肚腩太大有礙觀瞻嘛介紹返今次食既菠蘿咕嚕肉套餐先,整體黎講係水準以上,成碟菜最緊要既係個醬汁,要夠酸酸甜甜先會開胃,呢方面佢做得好唔錯,我食到停唔到口,咕嚕肉都好入味,唯一係份量少左啲啲,如果係胃口大既朋友可能會食唔飽,我就剛剛好七成飽

試紅米飯餐雞胸有汁,不乾。微煎適合減肥人士。叫了少飯,仍然很大碗。我是吃得下但因不合餐單標準,我放棄了。沒想到會有汁,是蘑菇汁。減肥人士不宜吃太多汁,所以我試了味就沒有再吃
