放工同事又唔得閒陪我食飯，屋企個個都有嘅野做，唯有自己一個人食飯。來諗去都唔知食咩係商場行咗一陣間見到大快活咪入去食嘢囉。是是但但咁叫咗個叉燒雞飯加紅豆冰， 拎完個餐之後就立刻搵到個位開飯。啲雞同叉燒食嘅時候已經係凍哂，雞既雞皮面頭有好多毛，我真係覺得幾嘔心。 唔緊要啦咁我唔雞皮，啲雞全部都係偏乾身，而且重有雪藏味。叉燒就冇乜特別因為我自己比較鍾意食廋叉燒。但杯紅豆冰無味無道而且啲紅豆太淋身，我唔鍾意因為一啲交口都冇。 continue reading

    早餐, 多數係求快, 因為個個都趕返工咁唔好以為咁就代表冇要求蛋, 係西式早餐其中一個重要原素大快活既炒蛋, 我覺得起快餐界, 同茶餐廳界有高水準香, 滑, 其實2個字就形容哂佢呢隻炒蛋, 其實真係唔知佢點整, 起屋企永遠都整唔到不過佢個火腿通粉我就真係好唔鐘意, 火腿通粉基本原素就係要火腿係火腿絲咁先可以一啖入面有火腿同通粉佢一大塊就達起面, 一來唔方便食, 2來火腿同通粉分開哂, 有咩意思 continue reading

    今日係葵芳呢邊番工，跟住見費事搵野食，就去大快活食飯咁。事實上我都真係好耐無去過大快活食飯，一去到即刻叫左個咖哩牛腩飯，再加檸檬茶同埋湯。個咖哩牛腩飯食落比以前好似差左咁，而家食落好辣，啲牛腩好鬆散，不過好彩佢飯嘅份量好足，雖然有頭先講嘅問題，但係點都好，食完實會飽肚。另外杯檸檬茶就好甜，早知叫小甜喇！ 最後碗湯我覺得都算係亮點，喝落係喝得出呢碗湯唔係味精湯，而且都幾足料，仲要幾鮮甜。所以其實大快活都算係lunch嘅好去處，得閒食下都係會有驚喜。。。  continue reading

    Merry, merry Christmas 聖誕也要快樂！快樂要吃火雞，吃火雞當然要吃燒釀！原來燒火雞是生雞運進店裏燒，今早店方有打電話給我並詢問我是否需要把火雞切片起骨，我多口問句才知，而且店方會在客人預訂時間前45分鐘才燒火雞。我們大班親朋戚友都認同今年的火雞確比上年細隻，火雞肉「應該」會嫩口！（每人都會對嫩肉的感覺有不同。）燒釀火雞內的釀餡，肥肉明顯少了，栗子肉也少了，整體甘香味道減少。燒釀火雞一年才吃一次，味道還可以也行！ continue reading
