To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝返工時間比較趕,就諗住近近地去地鐵站嘅大快活買個早餐。但架火車去到九龍塘我先記得可以用大快活app叫定先,再慳d時間。咁就即刻用app叫外賣自取,落單俾錢後已經45分,我47分到大快活,竟然啱啱好個早餐就有得攞走了,效率好高!

我今日的時間有些緊,路過大圍地鐵站附近時,見到大快活快餐店,即刻買個外賣就算啦。我點左個日式燒汁牛肉飯$47,配沙參粟米唐排湯。牛肉飯好味道又好食,雖然凍左少少,但口感都好好,牛肉份量不少,餐湯好好飲。

這天,因為家人辦事而老早來到了大圍。見夠時間,同許多人都建議食飽先上去,所以我一到大圍,就決定快快趣趣地食個早餐。而最快,最就腳既地方,就是大圍車站間《大快活》了。這一次,我點了一個魚柳早餐。雖然,我成日都覺得,炸魚個粉皮超厚,但亦因為個外皮夠厚,令到炸魚份外的香脆,而且內心的魚肉夠嫩滑可口。再者,炒滑蛋依然出色;蘿蔔糕也是依舊的好味道。我可以說,香港三間連鎖快餐店的奶茶都是夠好飲的。這次的熱奶茶也不例外,濃香滑俱備,非常之好。《大快活》,永遠都夠好味道,是快趣早、午、晚餐既好選擇。

最中意食佢個下午茶,因為好抵食,一塊厚多士,再加1碗雪菜肉絲米,仲有條珍寶腸,再有杯飲品,只係20幾蚊,最肥仔就係用哂成條煉奶+花生醬去搽多士,然後我會將珍寶腸放落雪菜肉絲米,因為佢本身係凍~

從不少渠道得知,大快活也推出煲仔飯,而且原個煲取也不過幾十蚊,還煲後可抵消6元的午飯晚飯現金卷,其實好抵食。在大圍火車站取最方便,可到網頁版預點,還有九折。先後光顧兩次。有包裝,靚仔唔失禮。第一次點排骨臘腸飯,回家後略微已涼。豉油好味,有乾蔥煮過。臘腸不過不失,稍硬偏瘦。排骨是預先煮熟炆淋,面頭加豆豉醬。咁做當然無咁滋味,但在快餐文化下,確保快和肉要熟是前題。無乜飯焦,但飯算乾身。相信是一早煲好,甚至蒸熟,然後有order再放上熟料焗一焗的做法。更似蒸飯。其實對得住價錢。建議加9元配湯。有姫松茸,其實好簡單的燉湯,但比飲杯嘢飲好,有料頭,算係咁。後來又買了一次沙薑雞飯。飯今次就唔得了,太爛太濕。雞是水烚雞脾加啲薑茸,無咩味,可能肉餅是最好的選擇。後來又用6元現金卷買肉醬意粉。意粉頗淋,是快餐意粉。肉醬夠撈意粉,調味夠,但奇怪加了孜然。飽肚來說,不過不失。整體而言,有時附近茶餐廳晚飯已最少五六十元,質素還未知的時候,快餐店會是不錯的選擇。
