慢煮牛舌,牛舌煮得極度軟嫰,本身嘅味道已經恰到好處,若然再點一點蘿蔔上面嘅芥辣,簡直係錦上添花;車厘茄酸度較高,以有被醋漬過嘅痕跡;蘿蔔炆得好腍好入味,只係用條脷頂已經化開,好耐無食過炆得咁正嘅蘿蔔喇。

旅遊業開放,經濟似乎開始復甦,周圍都是人。晚上在尖沙嘴吃飯,看到有間新餐廳,姑且試一試。原來師傅是日本師傅,全程都很安靜在整體食物,不多言。我們點了$880的套餐。⭐️前菜5款盛合上菜很快,充滿日式風味的五個小前菜,有不同口味的蔬菜配搭。⭐️刺身5款盛合之後是五款刺身,有常見的五款刺身,例如牡丹蝦、赤身、墨魚、帶子,刺身頗新鮮。之後是一份鵝肝煮蘿蔔,鵝肝很厚身配上煮得很入味的白蘿蔔,味道很濃。接著吃了三種煮物,可能日本師傅的關係,味道都比較適合日本人。師傅給我們看了看要煮的日本牛肉,表面佈滿雪花,入口也很柔嫩。吃完牛肉後開始吃煮物,充滿日式風味,雞蛋中加些菇類。。之後是菠菜蕎麥麵,入口味道淡淡的,之後七味粉調味。最出色就是甜品,有網紋蜜瓜和和爽脆的提子。

前菜,前菜分別有5款不同的,分別有黑糖黑豆、酸甜蘿蔔柚子、蛋沙律、三文魚卷物和魚蛋片!這些前菜都是日本家庭式小食,蛋沙律拌入了洋蔥、火腿等,味道惹味!而酸甜蘿蔔口感爽口酸甜,十分開胃!

刺身刺身分別有三文魚、吞拿魚、墨魚吸盤、魷魚和帶子,刺身都好新鮮而且算係厚切,墨魚吸盤爽口彈牙,帶子上面灑有柚子鹽,令味道再提升!

煮物,煮物分別有酒麹白子、魚肉凍、海膽奶凍,白子有濃濃既酒麹味,食落一D都不會覺得腥!魚肉凍的感覺好像上海肴肉,食落味道好清,所以上面加有一個花生醬汁,令味道更特別!最後一款看上去以為是豆腐,但是食落是奶凍的味道,海膽鮮甜,而且還有壽司醋啫喱,食落味道特別!

肉類,牛肉應該是和牛來的,油花分佈平均,用上麵豉醬燒,味道濃郁得黎入口有種即溶的感覺,連上蔥絲一齊食,能夠中和麵豉醬既濃味,味道更正!

慶祝聖誕節,男朋友帶咗我去一間超好味嘅日本料理餐廳,好耐冇食過omakase啦!喺出發去日本之前,喺香港食一食止下癮先!呢一餐真係食得好滿足,無論係擺盤、用料食材、去到師傅嘅菜單設計,全部都超高質!絕對係味蕾享受既一晚🤍特別想highlight 佢嘅燒和牛,個醬汁真係超級惹味,見到佢喺食材櫃入邊拎出嚟嘅和牛,每一片都係日本好高級好多雪花,紋理好靚嘅牛!另外佢強肴都超級精彩,本身以為係豆腐上面有海膽,食落似乎唔係豆腐!味道比較似係奶凍,非常有創意,食落嗰個感覺超夾!好好味!!出面食唔到既配搭。仲佢個鵝肝配上類似梅味啫喱, 一酸一甜既配搭撞落又係勁正。個蠔都係世界級咁鮮甜,真係好有驚喜!!其他食物都係非常有水準,相信因為係新開所以價錢比較抵,整個廚師發辦套餐$880 ,實在係超抵食,好享受既一晚🫶🏻。
