主菜其中一個只係好普通嘅橄欖蒜片炒意粉,但係意粉🍝浸咗喺適當嘅橄欖油之中,令到意粉好滑身呢😋

另一主菜嗌咗和牛面頰,呢個用慢煮方法煮,所以肉汁仲好好咁鎖住🤩

招牌龍蝦汁蟹肉伊麵毫不吝嗇咁將蟹肉一層層咁放喺伊麵上面,蟹肉愛好者,千祈唔好錯過呢一道菜!

最後兩個甜品都非常之出色,其中流心牛角包上邊仲有爆炸糖,係味覺衝擊嘅’gigizaza’ 下咁完成左好美味嘅一餐😂

[Mains]
The Chinese e-fu noodles definitely gave a unique twist to the lobster pasta. Compared to the typical spaghetti, the noodle texture was softer and spongier while soaking up the rich sauce really well. Highly recommended!

The wagyu beef cheeks were so tender that they literally just melted in our mouths while the mashed potatoes were ultra buttery.

[Desserts]
The baked custard in the creme brulee was very velvety, contrasting sharply to the crackly caramelised top layer in terms of taste. The berry base was a delightful surprise too!

The cheesecake had a thick creamy texture with a layer of tart berry sauce on top and crushed cookie crumbs on the bottom.

小店很有外國BISTRO FEEL, 女朋友超愛這裡的牛角包, 不論甜鹹的, 都是香脆可口富牛油芳香。

I came first to get seats as I knew the restaurant could get quite busy during lunch time, while my friend was on the way, the waiter repeatedly asked how many people will be arriving which was quite annoying...
We made our order at around 12:45pm, my friend ordered a pumpkin crab meat soup and linguine while I skipped the appetiser and ordered the cod filet risotto. (the waiter deliberately took the order without mentioning  anything...) The soup for my friend came, the linguine for my friend also came and finished, but my risotto was still not here! It was more than 30 minutes and my lunch still has not arrived. I checked with the waiter and asked him to follow up on my order and he told me immediately without even checking " we are preparing it, risotto always take longer"!! Yes, I understand risotto takes longer time to cook, it is also not my first time ordering a risotto at a restaurant yet it never took such a long time to arrive. It would be nice for the wait staff to mention it might take a longer time then usually especially during peak hours when he took my order, or the chef needs a better time management for their customers. I waited 10 more minutes as the risotto was still not here, I went straight up to talk to the same waiter, he told me the risotto will be ready in 3 minutes, again, he just made it up, he did not even go to the kitchen to check, of course, my risotto did not arrive in 3 minutes but couple minutes more. The risotto came, it tasted okay, the skin of the cod filet was seared perfectly and the risotto was done right. BUT the attitude of the waiter was really poor, bye Fast Gourmet, you were once a go-to lunch spot for me in sheung wan but i recently found the service has gone down significantly and there are much better options for me to spend my hard earned money!

之前試了元朗的<享慢煮意>,今次就來試下中環這間,食物質素依然一樣,性價比高,只須$98每位,當然要加一,再加假日付加费$18,也只是百多元,雖然這個價錢,但比起高级洒店還要優勝,因為三層的tea set,每層都好有驚喜😋,第一層的黑松露帶子,不但有黑松露的香,更有帶子的鮮味;而第二層有黑毛豬多士,好特別,而多士更是香脆可口;而第三層其中就是那焦糖燉蛋,真是在口中回味,無得輸。而環境雖然無元朗那間咁靚,但也算整潔舒適,如未去過也可以去試下!

甜品中我最愛他們的焦糖燉蛋, 好滑好細緻,又唔會太甜。鮮莓酥餅也做出新鮮酥脆的味道。

原來佢嘅薯蓉係下面啡色嗰啲,個味道非常濃,調左味,第一次食呢一種味嘅薯蓉,覺得好好味,仲有啲酸酸地嘅醬,非常之開胃,我係咁食啲薯蓉。

牛肉方面佢都好足料,有二塊慢煮嘅牛肉口感真係軟滑,完全唔會黐牙唔會好難咬,面頰肉幾肥,食到佢既骨膠原部分,口感好立體,牛味較濃。
