主打泰西fusion嘅餐廳。店門口裝潢有田園氣息,店內就有格調,仲有露台位置添。Menu有幾款唔同價錢嘅半自助餐套餐,我地揀左4-course set,包括有精美沙律吧/是日餐湯/前菜/主菜。精美沙律吧最吸引一定係任食加拿大雪場蟹腳,任食呢個都抵哂😆其餘仲有三文魚脆脆/多款芝士/燈籠腸片/沙律/水果等。我地前後都起碼拎左4-5 round。🫢是日餐湯係南瓜忌廉湯,幾creamy幾滑。前菜揀左香釀辣椒膏魷魚筒同泰式香烤魔鬼魚。魷魚筒好彈牙,微辣幾惹味,配上洋蔥同三色椒好香口;後者味道鹹鹹香香帶微辣,魚肉有嚼口,連魚骨都食得被架。主菜揀左香煎美國頂級牛板腱同香煎鵝肝黑松露雞卷。牛板腱七成熟,外層煎香,内裡仍然肉汁豐富;雞卷包住鵝肝,再加上黑松露,再將外層煎香,口感豐富。兩個主菜伴碟都有啲烤露筍同薯仔。
