Fiata pizza 自己最鍾意一定係個餅底,唔會太口亦都唔會太忙,完全食到手工pizza嘅精髓!已經去食咗幾次,一般建議大家都要預先預訂如果Walk in嘅話都會好困難,或者等好耐。佢哋亦都有唔同得獎嘅Pizza,每次都有好多款式可以選擇,除咗Pizza之外,亦都有好多唔同嘅小食及前菜,自己最鍾意就係水牛芝士我哋兩個女仔甚至帶咗兩個大pizza仲要叫埋前菜同小食,嚇死㗎侍應。當然食唔晒可以拎走。叫咗最Classic嘅Pizza同埋一個得獎嘅Pizza自己就比較鍾意卡式嗰一款。

Pizza即點即做!批邊非常厚實,口感煙韌,令人回味無窮。薄餅上的配料也非常豐富,包括了24個月Parma

Ham,配合芝士和羅勒葉等等配料,讓整個薄餅的味道更加濃郁。

我們還點了一杯 Pernoi 啤酒和一杯紅酒merlot,food pairing幾好!

另外,強烈建議提前預訂位,因為在週末晚上9點多都超多客人,而且價格合理,在中環SOHO 地段算是不錯的選擇。推薦給喜歡吃Pizza的朋友!

We missed the lunch session and literally just waited at the door at ard 545pm for the dinner session at 6pm😹 was told that this is the best pizza in HK🫡 the dough of the pizza was quite good, chewy in a nice way yet not crispy enough (probs I spent some time on taking photos?) The A' SALSICCIA tasted better as it got more flavoring no wonder why its one of the @50toppizza 🍕

呢個最好食!洋蔥醬很多,非常甜而且帶香味,配上腸仔和芝士,鹹甜的配搭好好食😋

另一款得獎的pizza, 也是鹹甜配搭,唯burrata cream不夠多,未能突出Parma ham 鹹香的味道。

這款是平日lunch set 的選擇,基本上是margherita 加腸仔薄片。番茄醬加拉絲的芝士是不敗的組合😋用的是新鮮番茄醬,所以帶清新的酸甜味而不是茄膏的濃烈味道。不過這款pizza也是這幾種中最多水份的,餅底會變得稍微濕軟。



幾款pizza都是薄底,pizza邊帶foccacia 的空氣感,煙煙韌韌,高溫烘出的麵粉香氣很明顯 。

呢間係全香港最好食既義大利pizza餐廳🍕🇮🇹
我都以為佢誇張~
食完之後 我知道呢個稱號係實至名歸既🕺🏻

佢係一間兩層既義大利餐廳位於中環
係bakehouse對面👀🤓
第二層要少少半開放式
星期五夜晚吹住少少風
暗暗哋 去飲酒都超級有feel🍻
唯獨一個小缺點就係少少嘈
但係都好證明生意好😛


重點要講佢呢個pizza: A’Salsicca ($195)
我估計大概有10-12寸左右 我哋兩個女仔試一個pizza加小食 有6-7分飽啦 仲可以食到甜品嗰隻程度🍮
我見最多人叫係呢個焦糖洋蔥🧅
配義大利肉pizza就決定試下
洋蔥味超級香甜 一定係有話額外功夫炒香佢
而且肉唔會太鹹
配埋芝士 有拉絲 真係世界第一☝🏻🤍
