主菜我地叫左燒汁三文魚扒配炒雜菜同埋風乾和牛M5腹側扒,set lunch仲可以加$20配甜品

我地兩個人叫左兩個set lunch,因為餐牌上太多好想試既野,所以我地再加左香煎蒜蓉蝦,西班牙乳豬同埋西班牙炸油條配朱古力醬😍(我地又真係食得哂)

份量唔算特別多,但係樣樣都好好食。

頭盤我地兩個set都要做鵝肝同埋生蠔,鵝肝仲要一set兩件😍😍😍好開心,鵝肝煎得啱啱好!無overcook~ 生蠔食得出好鮮味!掂💗

風乾和牛對我嚟講口感比較嚡,但係可能係風乾嘅關係,所以肉汁好重😍香煎三文魚扒好香口😍😍配上雜菜,健康得黎又好味~

西班牙乳豬係我第一次試,平時港式乳豬我麻麻哋,但係西班牙乳豬好好食!同我哋平時食嘅乳豬皮一樣脆口,但係個調味方面就冇港式咁鹹,而且肉質好嫩!

香煎蒜蓉蝦有少少辣,非常惹味!而且蝦既size唔細,簡直係啖啖肉!配埋多士一齊食😍

最後西班牙油炸條,份量非常好!食到咁飽,但係甜品係另一個胃🤡所以份量好緊要,太大份嘅真係食唔到😂下次再嚟嘅話,都會再叫多次西班牙油炸條🤭

🔮碎蟹肉青瓜卷子
🔸️Crab Cannelloni 
一道非常有特色的fusion前菜,以意大利Cannelloni的概念,將青瓜造成卷筒狀,然後將新鮮的蟹肉經調味後再釀在青瓜卷內,繼而將整條青瓜卷放在新鮮的牛油果蓉上面,不但考手工又有心思,而旁邊亦放着由南美入口的biquimho peppers作點綴,味道像平時食的燈籠椒般,外型非常特別;而青瓜卷上面亦放上海量的蟹籽,整體顏色相當繽紛,擺盤相當精緻,十分吸引眼球;蟹肉的鮮甜和其他新鮮的蔬菜使整道菜入口相當新鮮清新,有一種很refresh的感覺,亦不得不稱讚廚師可以將不同國家的素材和烹調方式用於一道菜之上,真係好犀利呀!

以一個長方形木架做托盤,擺盤相當有氣勢啊,自家製的餅底,非常之特別,薄薄地好似一塊脆餅咁,長方形的Pizza切成10小件,細細塊非常容易入口又唔會食到好messy,每件上面都有厚身的煙三文魚和滋味濃郁的Massarella cheese,三文魚軟香嫩滑,配上脆口餅底,口感十足

🔸️Dry-Aged Wagyu Bavette 
五成熟的和牛腹扒,肉味濃香,肉質軟腍,精緻五成熟中間還是粉嫩粉嫩的,蘸一蘸以牛肉汁和紅酒煮成的Beef jus ,肉味更加提升!伴碟有簡單以橄欖油煎香的有機雜菜新鮮鮮甜,還可以點少少黃芥末子汁,微酸小辣更醒胃

以幾梵花香果金酒,接骨木花調酒,配以新鮮檸檬汁和紅莓汁,再加上一層伯爵花茶的泡沫,充滿花香味道的一道Cocktail

🔮Spring Garden
蝶豆花和薰衣草配以新鮮西柚汁和梳打上面還加上一些食用花作點綴,微酸清新,漸變的效果,配以黃色小花賣相很好打卡

🔮Mulled Wine
傳統的歐式聖誕Cocktail ,將香橙肉桂,八角等香料加入紅酒和白蘭地煲滾,暖笠笠酒香撲鼻,feeling warm and season greeting’s 

🔮Pistachio Gelato
甜品來個濃香的開心果味意大利雪糕,這餐真的很圓滿呀~

餐廳平日仲有其他brunch  和 dinner set menu, 仲會有chef’s tasting Menu,都係$300-$400一位左右,餸菜特色得來味道又出色,環境就更加唔使講啦,優雅又舒適,餐廳的同事們又friendly,價錢亦非常合理,性價比其實都真係幾高㗎!
