不少酒店都會與各大美妝護膚品牌合作推出限定聯乘下午茶，不但有打卡必備的High Tea美點，還可獲贈禮物，位於尖沙咀的精品酒店 - 帝樂文娜公館 內的北歐餐廳 FINDS 近日與意大利專業頭髮護理品牌 Davines 聯乘，推出「芭蕾之約」下午茶，期間限定的新主題下午茶由即日起至 2025 年 2 月 28 日，每日下午 3 時至 5 時 30 分供應，星期一至五價錢為$588兩位，六、日及公眾假期$638兩位，另設加一服務費。下午茶以東方美人系列新推出的絲滑豐盈泡泡為靈感，以芭蕾舞及綿滑泡泡作設計概念，並以其主要成分蘿蔻的紅色融入為主色調，層架造型簡約優雅，令人賞心悅目，共有9款鹹甜美饌，包括4款鹹點、5款甜點及每位1杯飲品，可選配咖啡或茶。餐廳以森林為設計概念，特別挑選天然木材營造大自然的景觀，環境寬敞，感覺開揚，空間感十足。吃下午茶順序從鹹點入手，肉身肥厚的醃漬北海道帶子味甜富彈性，配合醬油泡沫巧妙地提出鮮味，香烤黑安格斯牛肉細嫩鬆軟，肉汁飽滿，揉合黑蒜汁亦可突出濃郁而有層次的肉味，自家製煙燻三文魚質地嫩滑，以鱒魚子醬作點綴，粒粒脆感瞬間在嘴裡爆開鹹鮮滋味，忌廉羊肚菌酥盒烘得金黃酥脆，散發馥郁菌香。吃完鹹點後，就可來個讓味蕾緩衝的蔓越莓鬆餅，表層金黃泛光，渾圓挺身，咬下去質感鬆化而不鬆散，塗點凝脂忌廉及自家製皇后果醬伴吃，為靈感來自聖誕經典芭蕾舞劇《胡桃夾子》的甜品揭開序幕。薑餅配焦糖燉蛋的一嫩一脆形成強烈對比，女爵黑朱古力蛋糕精選西班牙黑朱古力製作而成，質地鬆軟濕潤，可可味夠濃郁，阿拉伯咖啡泡芙包裹著濃郁的阿拉伯咖啡忌廉，梅子蛋糕綻放輕柔果香，與蛋糕本身的甜味相互平衡。另加$98就有一杯特調雞尾酒，黑白主題色的Mocha Mint混合香醇咖啡利口酒、濃郁黑可可、清新薄荷與絲滑牛奶，泡泡造型的Bubble Fizz融合椰子冧酒、白酒、士多啤梨蓉、蔓越莓汁和菠蘿汁，透着酸甜怡人果香。每位於FINDS享用「芭蕾之約」下午茶可即場獲贈意大利專業頭髮護理品牌Davines東方美人系列護髮套裝乙套(價值$520)，包括東方美人洗髮乳 12ml (3份) 、東方美人護髮素 250ml 、東方美人護髮油 20ml 和旅行收納包，另憑換領券於Davines髮廊購買「絲滑豐盈泡泡」可獲贈東方美人系列體驗裝乙份。

Came to FINDS for dinner to try out the new set dinner menu , actually we came here last year and I remember the dishes were up to standard. We ordered two 4 courses set dinner, $588 each and this time we didn't choose the dishes with suplement. For the appetizer we both had the yellow tartare, very refreshing with cucumber juice, then for the soup...Blue mussel soup and cauliflower leek soup, the taste were just right 👍then for the main course we both tried the parchment poached black cod fillet. It was very interesting when I saw the staff served it to us. The black cod fillet was cooked in a parchment bag. The texture of the cod was cooked perfectly and I even finished it all with the soup of the cod👍👍👍😋Overal, it was worth trying it and not disapointed at all ! The staff were friendly and still recognise me !Keep it up and I will visit again next time.

四個👭👭朋友聚會，朋友選擇咗這間餐廳🏤食晚飯，因為有600蚊coupon， 滿心期待去食，點知去到，餐廳嘅門面有少少是茶餐廳， 坐低後問清楚coupon點樣用 ，點知coupon好多規限， 之後選擇散叫， 但係每個食物來到見到賣相係失望，唔靚，質素一般 ，味道一般，賣，服務很差， 問多幾句都好似唔想答你咁樣 ，最後埋單，三千幾減咗600蚊coupon 2700埋單， 真係好唔直，用失望嚟形容。 希望間餐廳有機會見到我呢篇文章會改善。

又貴又唔好食， 酒類無咩選擇，飲水一支80蚊，扒只有一個醬汁，環境十分差，音樂九唔搭八。完全無氣氛。價錢超級貴。諗住同朋友可以靜靜地傾計傾耐啲。9點就要走人。使用現金券先去試下，點知超多中伏。完全其實無上面講有咩打卡點。好靚。好好環境。
