美味!生牛肉非常有嚼勁,魚子醬是點睛之筆,有千層土豆墊底。我覺得土豆稍微的搶了牛肉的風頭,也比較油,我建議就是麵包底或者脆片底就挺不錯了。

風乾馬友魚,這個是他們除了牛扒的招牌菜。很少地方有這道菜吃。果然非常美味!馬友魚本身很少骨頭,皮煎的非常脆,因為風乾過,魚肉十分結實但不柴。煎香過的油十分可口。不愛吃魚的我也大贊

曾經被稱為完美的牛肉,我們喜歡牛味濃的,這一款也是十分合我們的口味。炭火的味道,和肉的肉汁混合在一起,幸福的感覺。這款的脂肪含量也是比較少,不怕膩。

日本的和牛還有巧克力和牛就已經吃過了,要嘗一下啦~ 也是在裡面最貴的牛肉。不同入口即化,這個有點口感,牛味在你喉嚨裡面,每咬一口肉汁都會流出來🥰我都不捨得吞下去了。

呢道菜用咗紅蝦,經過特殊嘅工具將火焰直接接觸食材,令食物表面產生燒烤效果,帶有獨特嘅燒烤風味,蝦肉鮮嫩多汁。紅蝦嘅蝦頭同蝦膏非常鮮味,而且呢隻西班牙紅蝦係我食過最出色既紅蝦,每一啖都感受到大海嘅鮮味。


 總括嚟講,Fireside每一道菜都充滿驚喜,無論係食材選擇定烹調技術都好高水準。餐廳環境都好舒服,開放式廚房設計可以近距離睇到廚師點煮,增添咗用餐樂趣。

本身好期待依個牛扒,因為介紹嘅時候係話用朱古力餵飼,而且話牛味係比較濃郁嘅,咁我哋就叫咗5成熟,切開之後係好靚嘅粉紅色,但係食落嘅時候無和牛嘅香亦都無”朱古力”味,咬落仲有少少韌,好似唔係太特別,或者其他熟成肉會更好。另外值得一提嘅係我哋揀完食邊款牛之後,服務員會將切好咗全生嘅牛扒拎比我哋睇同埋影相,之後仲會拎啲唔同設計嘅刀出嚟比我哋自己慢慢揀。

Found this steakhouse a few times from my friends’ social media. And decided to take a chance to have a taste about it😋as it was the first time we here, we asked the waiter for recommendations! We wanted to save our bullet for the steak, therefore we went with Spanish blue tomato salad, smoked sardines and pickled piparrasand “Carabinero” Scarlet Cardinal prawn flambadou! The sauce from the prawn was absolutely tasty! It was full of shrimp roe paste, it would be foolish to eat without sourdough.

The set comes with 2 appetisers per person plus a main and a dessert. The steak tartare with truffles shavings was very nicely presented, which exceeded expectations. The hamachi was nice and the 明太子with salmon roes look like sushis. 甜品burnt milk冰淇淋是另一道绝妙的特色。刚开始还对于这个burnt有一点疑问,冰淇淋怎么会用burnt来形容,难道是熔岩蛋糕类型的?
实际上桌,看着非常普通,入口第一勺就被惊艳到了。真的有一股焦香味。看着白白的冰淇淋,掺杂着一股焦香味,问了店员说自制的时候在冻起来之前加入了烟熏的元素。配上里面的脆脆的咖啡,巧克力小点缀片丰富了多重层次。
会再次惠顾试试其他菜[调皮]

I quite like fireside tbh, the vibe, the dining room, starters and steak were pretty yummy! Loved the Burnt Lobster roll🫶🏻We ordered the jumbo Carabinero so can dipdipdip sourdough, but i would skip both next time since they were just okayyy for me.the smoressss kit was pretty fun but waaayy to sweet and the biscuits were kinda soggy too! suggest to use dark choco instead of milk choco☝🏻😅

呢度嘅牛扒都好似好正,不過周圍都有得食,我地就揀左其他菜式試下,包括呢個餐廳招牌「熟成馬友」。馬友俾人既印象可能係鹹魚,但係餐廳大廚就揀咗本地嘅馬友,經過熟成之後肉質變得更加結實,魚味更加突出,最正既位係魚皮燒得特別脆!

The lobster roll taste so good. You will taste the best lobster roll in Hong Kong. It will be worth for coming for dinner and the staffs are extremely kind and knowledgeable. The most important thing is the bread which you should have a try. Especially the cheese cake ice cream. It definitely the best cheese cake Ice cream in the world. Not kidding!!and even the price is reasonable !please come and visit them
