睇食評見到係將軍澳區最高分嘅邊爐,就信咗去食。叫咗雞煲+打邊爐,雞煲唔入味,有種雞還雞,醬還醬嘅感覺。去到邊爐,事前會上一堆6個小食,呢個就睇人,因為堆跟餐小食真係唔好食,我寧願有得揀唔要,最後食得幾啖就冇食過,有啲浪費食物又「質」飽咗個胃。重頭戲就係個邊爐,有6款海鮮冇得添嘅(正常啦,街坊餐廳水平)牛肉得一款肥牛,其他配料都係嗰啲嘅啦,可以揀嘅配料一定唔算多,但夠食嘅。咁質素就一定唔高,都係嗰句:街坊邊爐水平。然後賣單兩個人就700蚊。呢個價錢,可以有更好嘅選擇。如果為雞煲同邊爐面去嘅話,係絕對絕對唔建議嘅,因為都真係麻麻,但平時想樓下打個邊爐,唔想去太遠地方,都係一個就腳嘅選擇。值得讚嘅地方:侍應、伙記全部都好nice!服務好好! continue reading

今天,兒子和他的朋友參加活動,我們兩位媽媽決定在將軍澳站附近找個地方享用晚餐。聞風而來,我們來到了「超抵好味雞煲」,這裡以食材新鮮、超值的靚湯底火鍋而聞名。一走進餐廳,就有一位非常有禮貌的服務員向我們詳盡解釋點菜的方法。首先,我們品嚐了一些宮廷小食,包括涼拌雲耳、麻辣鴨血、椒鹽三文魚頭腩、松露蝦多士和日本紫薯。每一道小食都精緻可口,特別是雞煲的BB辣,香濃的雞味令我們陶醉,這是我喜歡的本城煮雞的方法:肉質滑嫩且鮮甜,超乎我們的期待。接著,火鍋也端上來了,我們選擇了養生蓮花鍋。這是我第一次在火鍋中見到一朵新鮮的蓮花,讓整鍋火鍋散發出清新的香氣。火鍋的配料非常豐富,一道環球海鮮拼盤,包括龍躉肉、廣島生蠔、翡翠螺、生猛海蝦、大鮑魚、海蜆,另外手打牛丸、水餃王、魚皮餃、牛柏葉、日本蟹柳、年糕福袋、芝士腸,還有各式新鮮蔬菜,甚至還有稻庭烏冬、靚肥牛和黑豚肉,每道菜新鮮上乘,不計成本,海蝦的腳還在動呢。精選食材,每一口都令人滿足。餐廳的飲品選擇也相當豐富,除了啤酒任飲,還有多款汽水以及無氣的果汁,熱茶也隨選隨飲。我最喜歡的山楂汁和蘆薈汁,為整餐增添了清新感。最後,我們以一份杞子桂花糕和雪米糍作為甜品,完美結束了這頓美味的晚餐,隨後我們就去接孩子們。整體來說,這次的用餐體驗令我們十分滿意,期待下次再來! continue reading

入秋啦🍂又係時候打邊爐。之前經過都有留意到呢一間舖, 原來佢哋除咗做點心小菜,仲有個超抵食嘅雞煲火鍋放題。平日星期一至四只須$298 /位,價錢包左宮廷小食,三文魚刺身,雞煲,海鮮拼盤,火鍋,多款飲品種類任飲,加士伯醇滑啤酒都係任飲傢。仲要食足150分鐘。入到嚟第一嘅感覺係每位店員都好客之道,好熱心詳盡講解店舖有啲乜嘢食,每款項目包啲咩,難得一見。(1)宮廷小食 (可追加)松露蝦多士麻辣鴨血涼拌雲耳椒鹽三文魚頭腩鹽香炸雞翼(2)三文魚刺身雖然唔可以追加,但每一塊都是厚切肥美。(3)雞煲 (可追加)雞件滑溜,比出邊雞煲不會太死咸濃味(4)火鍋湯底都有10款選擇,酸菜魚或椰子文昌雞鍋需要額外加錢,最後我哋就揀咗個養生蓮花鍋,貪佢清清地咁先食得出配料嘅新鮮。另外就係要睇住嗰朵蓮花放落去嘅儀式感🤭(5)環球海鮮拼盤每天會有六款(非追加)當日拼盤有海蝦,廣島蠔,翡翠螺,龍躉件,蟶子皇,花甲。 全部都好新鮮鮮甜。好比一些大集團。配料我會推介以下幾款👍👍手打牛丸:彈牙重牛味極上肥牛:看起來很瘦,但一點都唔嚡口,重牛香味。鮮鵝腸: 一上菜就見到肥膏滿滿非常新鮮,絕不是雪藏品質。鮮雞子:粉紅嫩滑。日本蟹柳:超大條,口感滿滿。水餃:大大粒,滿滿的餡料。飽滿的一餐,店員再送上兩粒雪糕糯米糍,作為完美的句號😍 continue reading
